The help of this video, I learnt about different type of skills that are required for working in stock market industry. the required skills for stock market included analytical skill, research skill, more rational decision-maker and maintaining records related skills are efficient enough to become employable in stock market industry (Bongomin et al., 2020).
The video helped me to learn about the stock market trading procedure that how buyer or seller interact or make investment. I also found that investing in stock market increase the chance to grow the money.
I also learnt that some stocks provide income in a way of dividend while not all stocks offer dividend. the investment in stock demands for the analytical or research skills. however, analytical skills include the ability to do quality market analysis for gaining success in trading.
similarly, research skills involve the professionals to have heavy thirst for information and desire to find all relevant decisions for gaining high return to an investment. these skills are important in stock market trading as investor does not have proper analysis of market or possessing no relevant facts about the company then it’s investment may go wrong (Tatham et al., 2017). That’s why, the investor must have analytical or research skill in themselves.
In respect to this video, I got an opportunity to self-assess where I found my strength and weakness in regards to make career in stock trading industry. I found that my vision or time-management skills are quite clear which helps me to do work with dedication.
But when it comes to interpret the future uncertainties, I found problem so it definitely generates the need to improve analytical skills (Politsinsky et al., 2015). I addressed this limitation through focus on research work as if I improve my power to collect facts then automatically enhance my knowledge which allows to strengthen my analysis power.
thus, the involvement in deeply research helped me to larger extent. this become a reason why I got an opportunity to do internship with stock trading firm i.e., Religare company which is Indian stock broking firm. the video-based knowledge allows me to address every question answer which asked during the interview process.
I believe that video become the best sources for me to get both theoretical or practical knowledge about stock trading or what skills required to become professional in this industry (Ulrich and Dash, 2013). I also figure out due to changing business scenario post pandemic where investment in digital firms like e-commerce’s industry has got more in that case, it become important for investors to focus on current market trends.
the market scenario has changed a lot post pandemic. likewise, everything thing whether services or product are available on digital platform or even hospital industry also utilizing of digital platform for their services offerings.
this clearly shows the trends that are changing and it directs the investors to invest in which industry firm for long-term benefits. Thus, the align with market trends definitely requires to strengthen in analytical or research skills. I still into adopting new approaches to get expertise in the analysis of current market trends so that right present/future decision can be taken.
