Introduction
Learning preference is a personal normal method of collecting and presenting knowledge in learning conditions. Visual learners’ participants are individuals who learn by observation. During my educational experience, I learned that listening education correlated with a person becoming capable of learning by speech and listening as a key process of educating In addition to comprehend the subject, we should be able to understand what has been said. These participants know better by learning instead of by writing notes. Recorded directions are confusing to the learning process. I also recognized that all these students use their repetitive and communication abilities to pick the knowledge they came into touch with.
The demonstration allowed us to grasp more clearly how visual learners think. We could be looking at the skills of a visual instructor but the interpretation helps us view things differently as a teaching assistant and even as an educator. I am much more informed and trained now to take a deeper look at each pupil in order to fully appreciate the academic personality and to show everyone their rawest ability (Syafryadin, et al 2021).
What Next ?

Tactile/Kinesthetic students are individuals who experience handling and moving things. Tactile teaching has always been a positive for myself because I always feel that almost all students understand by feeling and handling things

So What ?
It’s obvious that even some learners develop better than everyone else, so that’s because of particular cognitive skills. At present, scientific literature on the subject of professional reasoning in the field of occupational therapy describes this as a very complex process of thinking. Rolf’s model provides a framework that can be used to carry out a reflexive process. . From a really early age, children are exploring their environment by feeling, in my knowledge, coaching at the ECCE Department, I have learned that interactive communication is almost all communication type learners and therefore must be extremely important and commonly used during all our primary schools today. Critical thinking not only improves the thinking of people but also improves communication. You can better participate in debates and make a more positive impact in your job if you really can think more logically and better formulate your opinions. Although it seems strange to equate logical reasoning with psychological meaningful help, you can feel more rewarding and give emotional wisdom when you feel positive and rigorous in your decision-making procedure.
Conclusion
Like processes of critical thinking, preparation and strategies require time and patience to educate and incorporate critical thoughts. It was best to learn analytical thinking skills during a relaxed period. It can be urgent to look for criticism in a situation, but it is difficult to learn in a state of emergency. From a management or executive point of view, it could seem like a stressor if workers had more time for assignments or challenges if there are timescales or higher demands. But it is essential to allow them the time to do this if you want people who work with you to join in important think-tanks. Again, any tension can be removed while the preventive and last resort lessons of rational thought are learned.
