The purpose of the research is to meet the objectives, which are as follows: · To understand the relevancy of work life balance in modern business organizations. · To assess the organizational policies and practices in Sky Betting and Gaming that is undertaken to maintain work life balance. · To identify the factors of employees satisfaction. · To analyse the impact of work life balance and organisational policies and practices on employees job satisfaction in Sky Betting and Gaming.
With the purpose, the research will focus on understanding the role and efficiency of work life balance policies in satisfying the employees in Sky Betting and Gaming. The emergence of work life balance and its role in workplace designing in an organizational setting will also be focused on the research.

According to Dizaho, et al. (2017), work life balance has become a common aspect in every organisations’ workplace planning. The young generation who are the most recruited employees in organisational setting those are preferring to and looking for a job where a good work life balance exists. With the proper work life balance opportunity, the employee feels motivated to work that eventually helps workplaces to have a good employee retention rate as well. The author also claimed that the development of technology has been influencing organisations to adopt a work from a home approach that is one of the key elements of the work life balance approach. |

The research approach to be used in the research is the inductive research approach. The inductive research approach involves observation based on experiences and providing a general set of propositions from the experiences. With the research approach, it will be easy in the research to observe the process of managing work life balance in Sky Betting and Gaming. The theoretical basis of having effective employee satisfaction with a proper work life balance approach will also be easy in the research (Snyder, 2019). The research method to be used in the research is a mixed method research. The mixed method research involves the use of both primary and secondary data (Zangirolami-Raimundo, et al., 2018). This research will consider using both qualitative and quantitative data, which would influence the selection of mixed method research. The sources of data will be the primary data collection method. Both interview and survey of the primary data collection method will be used in the research. The interview and survey will be conducted with the 5 managers and 50 employees of the company. An online medium like Skype and email will be used for interview and survey, respectively. Based on the collected data, statistical data analysis and narrative data analysis will be performed, respectively.

The research will benefit the SMEs to understand the ways in which work life balance needs to be managed. The efficiency of work life balance on employee satisfaction will also be possible to found from the research.
