From the past decades, business corporations, such as Nippn have been found to be faced with several issues and challenges, as the managing leaders of Nippn have been invested in customer-oriented services along with the supply chain (Foodbusinessnews.net, 2022). Maintenance of corporate strategies is beneficial to lead prestigious reputation all over the global market. Due to a alack of proper corporate strategies, it has been seen that business organisations, such as Nippn have dealt with huge business loss, as business leaders of Nippn have initiated to invest on customer oriented services and supply chain management. For instance, there is limited chance to develop business collaboration with customers and market investors. Through multiple technology development, there will be a develop organisation programmes and operations more significant and sustainable. However, Business corporation, such as Nippn has faced multi challenging issues caused by bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, threats of new entrants and substitute threats are also been there. Figure 2: Corporate strategies are effective to reduce business burdens
(Source: Seo and Itoh, 2020)
Nippn corporations are world-famous flour mining associations that make food products, such as Noodles and the use of plastic bags have been executed or initiated in past decades. However, as per the instructions by legislation bodies, it has become mandatory to reduce the use of plastic-based on enhancing global atmosphere and develop an ambience for nature creations, especially animals that take plastic bags by mistake after the dumping system of the plastic bags in seaside’s (Seo and Itoh, 2020). Somehow, manufacturing leaders of Nippn corporation used to pack food material in plastic containers or bags, as plastic bags or containers are easily available in the market at cheap rate. Bargaining power of buyers and suppliers is getting higher based on current product trends and its will be difficult for Nippn to deal with such issue, as this business organisation is customer centric. Apart from that, due to customers changing behaviours over purchasing products has also become a business threat for Nippn and this is the ultimate reason for profits and sales growth might be lower down.
Prioritise issues
Corporate strategy
Operations in Brazil
Brazil government in 2017 has reduced import duties and develop various policies in order to get valuable responses from other countries. Therefore, there is a need FOR Nippn to develop its business more effectively in Brazil to get several opportunities to develop sustainable finance and develop a prestigious position. Resource allocation lies under the corporate strategies based on developing business reputation and enhancing business performances all over the global consumer market. Nippn is well-known by flour-mine based business corporations that share better business collaboration or alliances with the food channels across the globe (Magazinebbm.com, 2022). The use of plastic bags has been found to be utilised in different food products mining companies based on delivering those materials in global supermarkets. However, internal stakeholders of Nippn corporation are aiming to develop several corporate strategies to allocate resources and produce food products kept on paper containers to value legislative instructions (Lam et al. 2018). Plastic bags and containers are not fragile in nature and it is easy to store resources within hard surfaces yet the use of plastic bags have become a major factor for the air and global atmospheric pollution.
Based on implementing corporate strategies
Introduction to new technology
Corporate strategies have been seen to be developed by making effective decisions based on organisational designs. As cited by Borrelle et al. (2020), there is a need to enhance global ambience and atmosphere that can be easily done by developing proper or accurate corporate strategies, which are incorporated with designing the organisation and its entire infrastructure. People pay attention to those business associations that not only value their sales and profits yet also value the society and people and animals that survive all over the global society (Moshood et al. 2021). In many cases, due to the location of the business corporation, people face issues due to intoxicated gases coming from the mines and wastewater has also been seen to be caused by bad odours as well as water logging issues in nearby manholes. Introducing new technologies would eb better corporate strategy by Nippn in order to create a better customers base rather than business competitors.
Expansion of portfolio
Portfolio management helps in the prioritisation, selection and monitoring of several organisations’ programmes and projects. Mission and vision of Nippn corporation and its entire management are to get positive outcomes based on the return on investment. Therefore, managing leaders are aiming to develop effective decisions based on corporate strategies through empowering the efficiency of portfolio management (Ghaffari et al. 2019). Budget planning and effective cost policies can be easily done through increasing sustainable performances of portfolio management. Portfolio expansion will be a desirable move by Nippn to develop business collaboration with market investors and customers more effectively and eventually.

Furthermore, it has become mandatory to apply innovation and technical improvement to make the production and manufacturing process more efficient and significant. There is a need of robots and drone’s utilisation in the production process based on giving assured products to the market dealers and customers. Based on the RACES matrix, it can be concluded that giving maximum priority to introducing new technology will be more effective a better decision by Nippn, as customers always gives value to the products quality no matter what the price is. Choosing new technology development as a corporate strategy of Nippn will be beneficial for this business organisation to make mo0re reliable customers and expand business in both domestic and international platform effectively and eventually.
Resultant strategic direction
Strategic direction allows business associates to develop in-depth ideas related to customers’ requirements and find out the reason for business losses caused by unsatisfied customers. Strategic directions are essential for taking better business movements and fulfilling CSR responsibilities (Gerald et al. 2020). Therefore, managers from reputed flour mine based companies, such as Nippn are being involved with implementing strategic planning and strategic directions that are required to avoid legal threats. Use of plastic bags has become a huge threat to business, society, nature creations and human health. Plastic bags have been seen to be dumped on vats and sea or ocean sides and due to that reason, the water ecosystem is getting disrupted due to the increasing use of plastic containers or plastic bags. For instance, the management of Nippn is involved in structuring strategic directions regards with reducing the use of plastic bags while sending supplies, products and resources to the global market (Mahidin et al. 2019). Strategic directions to reduce the use of polythene bags would be desirable for Nippn and its management to eliminate risks from the external and internal environment of their business.
Evaluation of strategic direction
Employment relations and sustainable strategy
Strategic direction is required to create a great base of customers and enhance business performances among business competitors. Future growth and opportunities within the business can easily be measured through risk-reducing factors. Economical disputes are the actual cause of the reduction in desirable financial performances and financial efficiency levels. Business opportunities share the potential to develop or enhance the customer and business collaboration process (Halim and Halim, 2019). Employees relationships with their professional colleagues and with customers are highly effective and it impacts the business development also. Future difficulties in business have been seen to be measured by the risk-adjusted indicators of the business. Sustainable business strategies are essential to improve business conditions, which would be better for development of employee’s relationships with market buyers. In some cases, the operational performance level is dependent on both the external and internal environment of several business organisations, such as Nippn (Maryanti et al. 2020). However, microeconomic factors can easily be minimised with the help of sustainable business strategies taken by business managers in various business organisations.
Figure 4: Evaluation of strategic direction
(Source: Maryanti et al. 2020)
Marketing managers and executives are the major key characters that deal with customers directly and while finalising the business deals, they tend to develop business collaborations with their customers by showing respectful and supportive approaches. Strategic direction is essential to eliminate organisational difficulties and develop sustainability within the business. Corporate environmental responsibilities are dependent on the innovative and creative innovation that is essential for developing or making streamlined business performances. Apart from that, external and internal business environments are dependent on the business corporate environment, which is essential for eliminating or reducing future difficulties from business.
Conclusion
Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that there is a need to develop strategic business planning and take strategic business directions to enhance corporate and social performances all over the global consumer market. Throughout this study, it can be summarised that there is a need to obey legislative rules and regulations which are associated with enhancing the global atmosphere or for human health. Use of plastic bags and containers needs to be neglected in order to save and secure the water ecosystem by saving animals and fish life that have been hampered due to the plastic dumping on the river, sea or ocean sites. From this study, it can be concluded that business corporations need to develop several strategic business plans and follow strategic directions to get positive responses from their customers and legislative associates.
