Stage in the industry life cycle (just its title)
|
There are generally four stages associated with a particular industry: introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. The tourism and travel industries have grown rapidly as a result of globalization, resulting in the introduction of new services.
Likewise, in the summer, people from different parts of the world came to enjoy the view as well as the boating experience (Cooper, 2019). So, efforts are laid on providing better services to customers, but this also declines with changes in weather conditions.

Issue | Survival factor | Success factor |
Challenges in meeting the changing demand of customers as they are kept on changing on regular basis. That has result difficulties for other firm to offer seamless boating experience to people (Moeuf et. al. 2020). | Trust among the customers that they will be getting a qualitative experience through having boating in different locations. Such as, England, Wales and Scotland. Thus, inspire others to be part of it to enjoy their leisure time. | Highly trained and qualified employees is one of the success factors for the enterprise as it helps in providing necessary support to the tourist to make use of the services for which they have come. So, the new tourist does not require any previous experience as full coaching is already provided. |
At the same time, the Brexit and covid-19 circumstances have resulted in reducing the customer’s confidence to have boating trip in UK. | Continuous marketing efforts have been laid by company to effectively generate awareness in mind and hearts of the customers (Cappelli et. al. 2019). This has led in attracting individual to come round the year for enjoying with their friend, family and relatives. | Strategic focus, that is, efforts has been made on offering self-drive luxury narrowboat to friend, family and others for enjoying their life by coming here. |
