Justification | The communication process of Nippn has been highly disrupted due to the emergence of COVID19. Consideration of remote working has further affected the communication process in the operation management of the company. Company Wide communication has become an essential trend in the present business world, which is playing a path breaking role in driving employee engagement. Most employees do not feel motivated to perform their task due to communication barriers. The needs and issues of employees are also not addressed, which creates extreme chaos in the operation management process. In this context, mobile communication tools such as smart phones, PDA (personal digital assistant), messengers and pagers have the potential to reduce the gap between operation managers and the employees. |
