In this research methodology, the secondary data has been collected from various sources such as journals, books, news, and business documents and it is identified that the social media marketing approach which is significant for the pharmacy business during the covid 19 pandemic hard situations.
5.2 Linking with objectives
The research fulfils the three objectives of evaluating the role of popular social media in promoting pharmaceutical immunity boosting products. The research also identifies the advantages of pharmaceutical companies from popular social media marketing from the secondary data. Lastly, the research fulfils the third objective by exploring the impact of social media marketing on the sales of the products of pharmaceutical companies
5.3 Future scope of the research
The research identifies that the future strategic management of social media marketing plans in the pharmacy industry creates a positive impact on the business economy. Most people who are determined and concerned about their health might easily search on the social site and can place an order for the immunity-boosting product during the covid 19 pandemic hard situation. In this context, most companies can employ the skilled labour to deliver their products to the customer within time with the help of social media marketing. The company may give exciting offers such as discount offers based on the specific pharmaceutical at a reasonable price.
5.4 Limitation of the study
The lack of additional resources might be hammering the research conduction of this study. The research is based on the overall sector of pharmaceutical companies producing immunity booster products. However if the research could be conducted based on only one company, then tyne data gathered could be more specific and reasonable. As the data is based on the whole industry thus, the data found out are also general. Forever secondary data are used to conduct the research that in turn makes it less authentic. The data found out are all based on other authors’ work and not the work of researchers.
5.5 Recommendation
In this context, most organizations should be embracing the digital-based platform where the company makes profits. In the covid 19 pandemic situation, there is a high trending demand for pharmaceutical products. This product helps to boost the immunity power of the human body thus the individual people can take prevention to consume the immune boost product. In addition, there is a huge demand for the pharmaceutical product such as the vitamin c, zinc supplement, antioxidant for this reason the social media sites is one of the vital platforms for the compass to show the product that the individual people attract towards this supplement product to avoid the risk factors of the Coronavirus.
The management of the organization should be determined with to motoring the social media websites daily basis that the company also connected to the customers and the client. The long lockdown period is a pandemic hard situation. Most people are continuing their workflow at home in this context, many people are concerned about their health; hence it is significant for the pharmacy company to explore new plans based on the digital platform to grab the customer’s attention. The organization might create exciting offers for the customer such as a discount on a specific medicine it helps to increase the purchasing power that the organization embraces high revenue in business. The organization embraces a clear strategic plan that the employment and the management of the company increase the high revenue in business.
The organization must have the additional resources it is significant for the company to manage the online services to deliver the product within time. The company must have the qualified and skilled labour that the organization manages the social media presence to enhance and reduce the expensive transport cost. The organization must build a consumer network in different countries so that the company maintains its position around the world. The company might develop the brand value of the product that helps to attract customer attraction. The organization must develop a campaign programme on the social sites that is relevant for the company to show the product to the client thus it should embrace the many opportunities that can increase the high revenue in the business.
The company recruits skilled labor that can easily access technological improvement to embrace organizational development. The management of the team leaders maintains the long-term relationships with their stakeholders thus; it helps to embrace the supply chain to gain a competitive advantage. In addition, after analyzing the whole aspects of the pharmaceutical immune boosting products multiple companies can prepare the items to meet the citizen requirements.
Nowadays most the pharmacy company faced that there is huge competition in regional as well as the global market. In this context, the social media platform is the main component for them to achieve the business goals. The company focused on the different market segmentation to promote their product on the digital platform to maximize the business based on the recent market situation. The management of the organization focused on market research that helps to reduce the marketing cost of the business. The organization might be developing the initial plan to overcome the challenges of the company.
