The project reviewed many relevant works of literature from the previous research analysis regarding the same intention of filling the employee efficiency gap of the firm to make the company’s growth more effective in the way of the firm’s success. This project here mainly suggests describing a situation from the point of view of a manager in a firm who needs to take charge of the 20 inefficient employees of the firm and grow their work efficiency and concentration without any negative approach.

Discussion on engaging the Mckinsey 7S model

The Mckinsey 7S model is highly significant to determine the present condition of any organization. With the help, such gives the proper image of the effective employment structure of the firm. There is the case study displays that the manager needs to handle 20 inefficient workers with a mild focus on their work. The manager aimed to grow the work concentration of those workers as well as improve their work skills with a positive way of approach for measuring the success of a good management structure in a firm’s operation. The Mckinsey 7S model mainly refers to the most important 7 strategies which the management of a firm needs to apply in their operations to enhance the employment activities as well as grow the professionalism of their employees for the best result of the company’s operation and also the best rate of the company’s profitability growth. The 7S model was the name of 7 strategies which also start with the name initials of S, the following strategies are strategy, structure, systems, shared values, style, staff, and skills. Those all features help to grow the work proficiency of the workers in a firm and also give the workers satisfaction with their job. According to Gechkova, the Mckinsey model is one of the most effective and adaptive models of the employment efficiency growth procedure (Gechkova, and Kaleeva, 2020). This project report considers the firm’s current employee gap situation which can make direct harm to the company’s other activities.

Strategy

Systems guide the company procedures and functional approaches utilised to meet a firm routine movement. A company’s SOPs are hard work in such courses and work progress that straight affects the outcome of the firm and determination-taking. It is very essential to operate the entire training or grooming activity of the employees, run with the proper system of work (Odeh, 2021). The system of work also conducts the entire work activity of the firm as well as distributes the jobs to the appropriate division and staff for achieving the ultimate success of the firm operation. A systematic firm can handle any issue that occurs in the business operation of the firm just like the employee’s inefficiency, and gives the proper direction to the management to handle this problem and resolves the issue with the best decision taken by them.

The employees can grow their attraction to their work and also improve their work skills to grow their professionalism in their job. Which is also profitable for the future of the firm and also for those employees to make the way for growth in their job careers.

Also discussed is the case study of a firm regarding their current employee problem with their 20 inefficient employees who also do not give their concentrate during their work. The complete project tried to find the exact key to resolving the issue with the effectiveness of a good management structure as well as giving a better theory model named Mckinsey 7S to solve this employee issue with a positive approach and convert those employees to the most skilful employees of the firm. The entire project concludes the effectiveness of a good management in a firm’s growth and also their approach and technique in solving employee issues of the firm regarding the staff’s work efficiency and professionalism successfully. The overall project concluded with the main aim of this project report and proper suggestions to beat the particular problem in the firm’s business operation.
