| I have realized that I have to develop communication skills even though communication skill is extremely essential to enhance the scope of my employability in the future. On a specific note, I also think that communication is extremely essential in team working as well as it may help me to develop teamwork in the workplace. Moreover, I may state that without effective written communication skills I will not develop my personal skills which may create a negative impact on my employability. Apart from that, I am confident that I may communicate and present my ideas in a group discussion, however, I have to develop my verbal communication skills | I may note that presentation skills are extremely important for my career development in my future. Additionally, I also think that Presentation skills will help me to deal with difficult situations in the workplace. On a broader note, I am extremely confident to present my thinking and information to the group in a fruitful way. I have to develop the way to engage with the audience, however, I have already developed the ability to find information through reading and verifying facts

I have found that time management is one of the main issues for me which may create a negative impact on my employability. In addition to that, I have taken several strategies such as reading books about time management which helped me to manage the time and after that I am able to meet all my deadlines. Apart from that, I have seen several videos of time management which was extremely essential for me to know more about time management. I have realized that I have to develop my time management skills which will motivate me about the value of time in life and work effectively |

Citizenship activities in implementing Sustainable Development Goals
I may state that I have done a survey in an area which helps me to know about citizenship activities while during the Covid-19 time the survey has helped me to develop my communication skills. Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) consist of no poverty, zero hunger, quality education, reducing pollution and clean energy which is extremely essential to establish the prosperity and peace in the community (Sdgs.un.org. 2021). I was confident that I am able to share my thoughts and ideas, however, after that survey it was extremely important for me to develop the explanation of new concepts which is extremely essential for excellent teamwork. I have realized that if I develop my communication and presentation skills then it will help to meet the needs of global society. Moreover, from the survey I will collect information about SDG goals which may be used as citizenship activities.
Self-promotion activities
I think that I have to develop several skills such as oral communication, however, I have already developed my time management skills which may create a positive impact in myself promotion activities. On a specific note, presentation skills are also essential for self promotional activities while I have to develop the presentation skills which will help me to identify the way to engage the audience. One of the features of excellent time management skills is that good time managers have focussed on prioritising tasks before the start of the work which will help a man to understand how much time will need to perform a work (Rimmer, 2019). I have read many novels and story books about time management which will help me in my self- promotional activities and enhance my employability in the future. I have understood that I have to develop my listening skills which will help me to develop the problem solving skills which will ensure my career growth in the future.
Impact and influence of peer feedback
I may opine that as a student peer feedback is extremely important in self management as well as peer feedback mail to me to find the strength and weakness which will help me to develop my career plan in the future. On a specific note, it may be derived that peer feedback is tremendously important in improving self-awareness even though I have to develop my presentation and communication skills through using peer feedback. In addition to that, peer feedback plays a crucial role in career growth, however peer feedback is extremely essential in improving productivity and job performance in a fruitful way (Lal, 2020). On the contrary, I may feel that from the peer feedback I need to develop my oral communication skills which will improve the scope of employability in the future (Hooley, 2021).
Importance of values of Peers’ feedbacks
I have observed that I have to give importance to the value of peer feedback even though I also feel that without effective peer feedback I am not able to develop my presentation and communication skills. On the other hand, I also feel that peer feedback is extremely important in my life while I may imply that peer feedback may help me to develop my time management skills. I have realized that I am not able to deal with complex problems even though peer feedback helps me to understand the values of time management. Moreover, I feel that I have developed several interpersonal skills in the 1st year as well as I have made a plan to join in the 2nd year.
Career ideas and interests
I may state that I have developed the idea about my career in the 1sy year although I have observed that as a student I have developed communication, presentation and time management skills which will help me to design my career plan. Moreover, for a positive career growth the improvement of learning and reflecting skills is extremely essential which will help a student to identify the strengths and explore possibilities in the workplace. In addition to that, I have improved and developed these personal skills which will help me to provide more career ideas and ensure my professional growth.
