Introduction

A leadership development plan can help people to be better people as a leader. Some leadership styles are found, that can develop the Student to be a better leader in the future. The student can manage the business in a development way. Without a leader, no business can run smoothly. Leaders are existing in every sector for guiding employees and giving them the motivation to develop their work. Many different types of leadership approaches have been found and all styles have emerged with “Transformational Leadership”.

I have discussed transformational leadership because according to me it is the correct leadership style that helps to develop the personal and professional qualities of the leaders. This assessment has discussed the role of national cultures and the impact of this leadership style, justification of this style. Discuss the PDP plan.

I chose “Transformational leadership” because it helps to analyze the problem of the organization and it has emerged with the other leadership styles. The Autocratic leadership styles only depend on the leader’s decision if the leaders take any wrong decision then the whole organization and their other employees both are suffering from this. It depended on the leader’s policy. The disadvantage of this style is that “the steps are dictated by the authority” only so future techniques are not certain.

According to this style, if the company is other employees are able to make good decisions but are not allowed to give their opinion so it is not good for the organization it faced many difficulties, especially the employees who have faced the problem. Democratic leadership is not also appropriate for making a good leader because it creates many difficulties in taking decisions (Haque and Yamoah, 2021).

Sometimes a company has a very short time to take valuable decisions for this kind of leadership style could not make the decision, it has made conflict between the employees and the manager of the organization. A Laissez leadership style is not required for making a good leader because sometimes when the employees are making decisions without any permission of the leader so they make noise and crowd in the workplace.

Sometimes the employees’ have mixed feelings about making the decisions. The organization and the leaders both are suffering from it, so this style is not required. This leadership style helps to understand the problem of the organization and then according to this analysis, the employees and the other authority of the company can change their movement and try to improve the fault of the company. This leadership styles help to generate loyalty.

It helps to enhance the communication of the employees in the organization. A better communication is very important for any organization between the buyers and sellers. It is helping the other employees and giving them encouragement to participate. The employees can easily understand and visualize the goals of the organization (Bush, 2019). The employees will be loyal and productive for this style. Personal integration is also developing through this leadership style.

It creates workplace harmony and helps the employees they can work together smoothly without any conflicts and the lines of communication have always opened between the employees. “Transformational Leadership has been known to contribute to burnout as employees work continuously to achieve goals”.  This leadership fits any company’s culture for developing. It has benefitted the employees and company.

National cultures have defined the level of values and organizational culture has defined superficial practices (Alrowwad and Abualoush, 2020). This implication of management is a little different because it helps to adopt the other culture and their working talent. It has generated mutual respect in the workplace. The diversion of the culture helps to inspire different types of creativity and it helps to drive the innovation of the company’s product development.

The variety of opinions and the several viewpoints have come from this different culture. The different types of cultures have created the develop national business exponentially. It helps to make the high quality of product and it helps to achieve the target. This leadership theory is helping colleagues to generate polite behavior and reduce the differential culture in working place. Negative cultural stereotypes have been reduced through this leadership style.

Critical reflection on current leadership style and justification

The Johari window has been used to enhance personal perception. This model based on the two different types of ideas that are trust is acquired for revealing the information. The four windows are related to this model that is feelings, motivation signifies personal information and also unknown information (Sousa and Rocha, 2019). It has conveyed the accepting feedback two panes have said the self represents and the other two panes have represented the unknown information.

Open arena: Here is the information presented about the person’s attitudes, emotions, feelings, and working skills and this kind of behavior helps to know the person. It is the main area where communication has occurred and it helps to create a dynamic relationship. It is reducing the hidden and unknown areas to other persons, through revealing the feelings of the persons.

Blind self or blind spot: Everyone in the workplace has known Information about the particular employee but that particular person has not aware of it. According to this everyone’s behavior has changed but that person was not recognized why their behavior has changed(Karagianni and Jude Montgomery, 2018). “The blind spot has reduced for an efficient communication according to the seeking feedback of others” The other employees’ behavior when changed then has created some problems for this particular employee who has not expected that kind of behavior from the others.

Hidden Area: According to this area the person keeps this information and that information is not published by the person. The other employees are unable to know about the information. The personal information that the employee has decided or feels should be reluctant to be revealed. This has included past experiences, fears, feelings, and secrets.

The employees and the other sector of people are keeping some of their feelings and information because they thought that is confidential and it may be affected their relationship (Karagianni and Jude Montgomery, 2018). This hidden area should be reduced to move the information from the open areas.

Unknown area: The information that is unknown to the employees not only the one employee it has unknown to everyone. This area has been included in the information, feelings, talents, and capabilities. This is affecting past experiences or that events cannot be known for a lifetime. The person will not be able to aware to discover the hidden qualities and they are observing the other employees. Open communication is very effective to decrease the unknown area and it helps to communicate effectively.

Johari window is helping to create a good relationship in working place and it helps to achieve the leadership goal. As a leader, everyone wants to create trust and honest communication between the other employees and try to achieve the goal of the organization. The complex problem or issues are handled with a productive conversation and it will help to take the place(Moldoveanu and Narayandas, 2019).

According to this leadership quality, the company should be helped through this window. The organization has run through this effective model approach. This method has provided honest feedback. The feedback has helped the company that can change its decisions and makes a good reputation for the company. The organization can easily find out the problem of the employees and they should take an approach to reduce the problem, and make a good environment in the workplace.

The employees are motivated by this kind of leadership style and this model. The revenue will increase through this model. This model has represented the communication of the employees that is related to transformational leadership. This leadership helps to create good communication in the workplace. The other leadership style is not so much valuable for communication. The other cultural employees want to be free in the workplace they give their opinion and also want to talk to their employees that kind of behavior is very important to achieve the goals in the future of the organization.

The company prefers this leadership team for creating a good working place and also trying to develop the organization. Sometimes the professional communications have been misinterpreted so it has difficult to understand the languages of the other cultural employees (Guzmán et al. 2019).

The quality of the translation is very important for marketing. People need many different types of comfortable levels in the working place they want physical space and maintain eye contact, and sometimes they are gesturing differently across cultures. All these things are related to this current leadership style and also it has depended on this model.

His market strategy and business style have been described as aggressive, demanding, encouraging, and also innovative character helps to create a transformational leader. His extroverted personality helps to create a successful business. The role of this Transformational leadership quality is that it inspires the employees that they can strive for their required expectations to work towards and share the visions.

Transactional leadership focuses on the motivation of the employees to work on their tasks. This style helps the leaders to work with extra potential in the working place(Holt et al. 2018). The “Facebook” company’s executive officers apply this kind of leadership approach to be successful. He followed these types of leadership qualities for achieving a successful business goal. The organization can achieve its goal through these kinds of elements that are related to this leadership style. “Individualized consideration” according to this the leaders are listening to their employees concentrate.

The employees are determining effective ways for executing their work for developing the business strategy.  According to this leadership quality, five traits are successfully running in this style.

“Good transformational leaders practice self-awareness” thrives the personal growth of the organization and it helps to know about the strength and weaknesses of the employees and the organization. It helps to achieve the weekly goals and these leaders are believing that improvement is not finished so for better improvement always learning and improving themselves (Tucci et al. 2019).

According to his leadership quality, I have learned that communication is a very important method to develop the organization and it helps the employees to connect with each other. The employees can easily understand the problem of the product and also they have known about the customer needs. The leaders are making proactive decisions for developing the organization.

As a transformational leader “Mark Zuckerberg” has represented the beneficial site of this leadership style and it has created a good impact on the national culture. It has changed the agents that are affecting the organizational culture. The company can generate the trust of the employees and also their products are collecting the faith of the consumers which is very important to make a successful organization.

According to these founders and leaders, both are creating a good culture in the working place. It has changed organizational behavior. It helps to share the decision making and also it has opened the organizational level. It has created an effective organization through this leadership style. He encourages followers and empowers the new upcoming generation who are trying to establish a successful business in the future.

Many organization has followed and been motivated by his leadership approaches. He has increased the abilities of the employees. He influences self-efficiency and sets goals or attractive visions. The organization should apply this leadership for growing and re-shape the organization for future success.

I have developed my strategy according to this personal development plan that in the future the organization should develop their strategy through the leadership of the company. If the leaders will be able to make good decisions then it helps the company and also helps the employees so they can effectively perform their tasks and takes good decisions for the development of the company. According to develop verbal communication it has very important to communicate with each other in the working place.

If the employees are not able to communicate with the other employees and do not give them any opinion then it has faced many difficulties in the working place because the organization could not find the problems and they are not giving any approaches for developing their business strategy (Sousa and Rocha, 2019). For developing communication skills I will join the communication development classes, they can learn the different types of languages which is very important to understand other cultural people and it helps to understand and easily adapt the other cultural people approximately 6 months I joined this class to improve my language skill. This communication helps me in the future for developing an organization.

\The organization has faced many difficulties to improve the organization, improving decision-making skills, and apply it (Day et al. 2019). I should be able to make the decision correctly and find out the problem of the organization and then take the proper decisions if the decisions will be correct then it has helped the organization to make a successful business strategy in the future. I will learn about decision-making skills for developing the organization in the future and take the right decisions.

The problem will reduce through this development. Transformation leadership quality has approached the leader that they can communicate smoothly in the working place. The people who are not able to communicate are not making any kind of decisions so according to this leadership, it is very important to know the matter of the organization (Obere  and Erkollar, 2018). This leadership is depending on the whole organization and the important employees and the other stakeholders.

All are given the opportunity to give their own opinion according to the other’s point of view everybody can develop the organization, the company can easily find out the problem of this organization and they can resolve it for creating a well-reputed organization through the good relationship and communication. Critical thinking helps to understand the business strategy and the fault of this organization and how it recovers.

The employee’s needs and also the customer’s needs according to their product, the product value will increase through this analysis (Moldovean  and Narayandas,  2019). The company. Through these skills, I will understand how to create trust in the product and the customer base. The revenue will increase through this kind of development it is not only personal development but also has created a good impact on the organization. The leaders are also making fair decisions according to this skill.

Conclusion

This leadership has played an important role in creating effective managers and the leaders are trying to create a successful organization. The ultimate success has depend on the leaders of the company so learning is very necessary to improve the business strategy and help to create a competitive market. According to the social system, these leadership approaches have changed and that changes are depending on the positive sites of the organization.

It helps to create the organization should achieve its goals and create a good reputation. Leadership is guiding their employees and teaching them how to work. The employees are motivated by this kind of leadership approach. It has involved influencing the other employees of the organization and helps to create the employees’ abilities. For future outcomes, the leaders are trying to help to create subordinates’ images. It has inspired the followers and increased the values of the organizations. Through this leadership quality, the employees are satisfied in their workplace. It has created a good impact in the working place.
