The economy and environment of a country are affected by this disease. During this pandemic situation, there are not enough seats in hospitals for treatment. For this reason, many people died without getting any kind of treatment. Hence it is a great problem in today’s environment. A sufficient system is to be developed for the treatment of people in India. The rural areas of India faced a lot of issues in the pandemic situation. Sufficient resources, medicines, vaccines are not there in rural areas. Therefore the people faced a lot of problems in rural areas.

Health is wealth. This phrase is used to describe the importance of health. But the present situation of India is not so good. The people of rural areas are not getting sufficient facilities for treatment. Health can be defined as the metabolic and functional efficiency of living beings. In general, it is the condition of the body and mind of a people. Good health is free from any kind of disease, pain or injuries (Schreiberet al. 2018).

The “world health organization” has described the definition of health. It is the state of mental, physical and it is free from any kind of injuries or diseases. The system of health care means to serve the people of rural and urban areas of India. The policies of national health were developed by the ‘Parliament of India” in 1983. It was updated in the year 2002. The management of health care means the appropriate system to develop the treatment system of the people of India (Busettoet al 2018). At present, it is seen that the people of India are using private sectors of medicine for their treatment.

Hence “public medical sector” is very much popular than the public medical sector”. There are various types of facilities in the private sector. But there are not so many facilities in public sectors. Malnutrition is a serious problem in India. It causes various types of disease. It is a condition that is caused by an unbalanced diet. The wrong proportion of nutrients is the main cause of malnutrition. About 42 per cent of children in India are malnourished.

The health of children should be developed properly. A systematic plan should be developed for their treatment(Strosberget al. 2017). More than half of the population of India belongs to rural areas. There are several factors that affect the proper treatment of people in rural areas. One of them is poverty. It is the main reason for the lack of treatment. Various types of communicable diseases can be seen in rural areas. The issues of female health in rural areas are given below

  1. Malnutrition: According to the tradition of India, women eat last. During lactating and pregnancy period, it is very much harmful. It is the main reason to decrease the health condition of women in rural India.
  2. Breast cancer: Breast cancer is another serious disease that is faced by women in India. The rate of breast cancer is increasing particularly in rural areas. It increases the rate of death. A proper treatment system is unavailable in rural areas. Therefore the rate of death is also increasing.
  3. Stroke: Sudden stroke is one of the problems that can be seen. If immediate actions are not taken then it causes death.
  4. PCOD: The rate of infertility can be increased with the serious health issue called” polycystic ovarian disease”. In this disease; there are small cysts that are seen in the ovary. It affects the ability of women to conceive (Capizziet al 2020).
  5. Maternal mortality: The rate of maternal mortality in India is higher than in any country in the world. The people of rural areas face these problems very much.

In order to address these kinds of issues and problems, innovation is required. It is needed to develop a suitable system to provide better services to the people of rural India.

This section will provide evidence for the improvement of rural health. There is a difference between developing countries and developed countries. One of the main differences between those countries is rural health. Rural health should be developed. Innovation is required for the system. Many countries are facing a lot of issues for rural health. In many countries like India, maximum people live in rural areas. The new technologies are very much helpful for the early prediction of various types of serious diseases. Hence the people can be benefited from this prediction. Appropriate methods of treatment can be adopted after the prediction of serious diseases.

If the training sessions are increased for the nurses and doctors then sufficient knowledge can be gathered. For this better treatment can be provided by them. In order to address communicable diseases like corona, the supply of medical kits, oxygen should be increased(Crockettet al 2019).

Various practitioners and experts made different recommendations. These recommendations are very much helpful for the future of the healthcare system. The people of rural areas are benefitted from the help of these future plans. The recommendations are given below in a listed manner:

  1. Investment should be increased for primary healthcare (Schreiberet al 2018).
  2. Encouragement is required for the states that provide poor allocations for healthcare.
  3. Training is necessary for physicians. The knowledge regarding equipment should be given to the nurses.
  4. A proper team is to be developed by the management to take care of patients. They should be supported through various kinds of activities like incentives, supervision, and skilling.
  5. Appropriate training sessions should be given to the staff of a medical organization.
  6. New innovative technologies are the solutions to improve the quality of healthcare.
  7. Enough training sessions should be given to the MBBS students to be a rural physician
  8. The pieces of training sessions should be increased to increase the number of nurses in rural areas.
