ADVANCEMENT ON THE E-COMMERCE BUSINESS
This research will be helpful to explore the way and the techniques that can be used by the firms related to e-commerce business for overcome the different e-commence issues. It will also be helpful for the e-commerce firms to get the more and clear understanding about the technology advancement.
It is because in the e-commerce business, the technology advancement plays vital role. It helps the firm to target the maximum number customers in minimum time and also makes easy for the firms to enhance the sales and business. Because of this, this research will be helpful for the all e-commerce firms to make much effective the business (Fernie, & Sparks, 2014).
This research will also be clear the issues for the e-commerce firm that they face during the business management.
This project study is conducted to understand and identify the importance of the technology advancement for the all e-commerce firms at international level. The reason behind to discusses this topic is that due to the globalization, e-commerce business (manage the business through website) is on peak due to the convenience of the customers and the firm as well.
The purpose of this project study is to define the different advantages of the technology advancement for the e-commerce firms. The reason in this is that explore the advantages of technology will easy the e-commerce to expand the business and to provide the effective service for the customers (Laudon, & Traver, 2013).
The information should be genuine and updated and all data should be effective.
In order to successful accomplishment of this research and to achieve the aim of the research, below are the some questions that will be achieved by the researcher.
- What are the advantages of the technology advancement for the e-commerce firm?
- What are the issues that e-commerce firms face at the time of adoption of new technology in the business?
In the research study of Bhatt et al., (2010), it is clearly stated that for successful e-commerce business management, there are different ways and the techniques that are used by the firms but at the same time, technology advancement is also one of a essential factors that plays a significant role in achievement of firm objectives and goals success fully.
In addition, from the research of Brynjolfsson et al., (2013), it is illustrated that technology advancement makes easy for the firm to target the maximum customers in minimum time. It increases the efficiency of the service and helps the firm to perform better in the business.
In concern of this, from the research outcome of Clarysse et al., (2011), it can be illustrated that through technology advancement, there are various options and the facilities in terms of show many option of buying the products for the customers, easy handing of the customers, etc that are used by the firm and make easy the e-commerce firms to effectively handle all operations.
Therefore, it can be determined that technology advancement plays significant role in the success of e-commerce business. But, on the other hand, it is defined that Lee et al., (2011), the technology advancement is not only helpful for the firms but it is also helpful for the customers also.
It is because there are various facilities such as online payment, different category of products at a single click, etc that make easy the buying process of the firm. Because of this, it can be determined that the technology advancement is not only helpful for the e-commerce firms only but at the same time, it is also helpful for the customers also.
In the research of Worku (2010), it is determined that although the use of technology advancement is very important for the success of e-commerce of the firm but in addition, there are some different issues that are faced by the firm also. In respect to this, cost and time are the major issues that affect the firms in technology advancement.
This is because there is continuous change in the technology and for sustains in the competitive market, it is crucial for the firms to adopt the new technology. Because of this, it can easily be determined that there are different issues and challenges that are faced by the firm.
For successful accomplishment of this research, there is a vital role of the methodology part of the research. In thus research, both qualitative and quantitative research methodology will be used by the researcher.
It is because in this research, researcher will target the different e-commerce firms that are providing their service for the customers through website. In this research, researcher will ask the importance of the technology advancement as well as issues that firm faced due to technology advancement (Mackey, & Gass, 2015).
In this research, both primary & secondary data collections methods will be used by the researcher for collecting a data as it will help the researcher in completing the research on time and to reach valid research outcomes. In the primary data collection, researcher will use survey through questionnaire.
The reason behind to use the survey through questionnaire is that it will make easy the researcher to target the maximum number of the respondents in minimum time and cost that will assist the researcher to complete the research on time effectively.
At the same time, in the collection of the secondary data, researcher will use the different books, journals, articles, etc as it will make easier for the researcher to complete the research and also support the primary research findings.
So, it can also be elaborated that the use of both data collection i.e., primary and secondary data collection methods will help the researcher to complete the research efficiently and also help in achieving the aim of the research (Silverman, 2016). In like manner, in this research, cross-sectional time horizon will be used by the researcher. It is because the researcher will get the response once at a time in weak, month and year.
It is because it will make easy the researcher to collect the maximum data effectively without any issues and errors. In addition, non- probability sampling will be used by the researcher and in this, different firms i.e. 100 related to the e-commerce business in UK will be targeted as a sample size. This will help the researcher to smoothly complete the research study and produce reliable outcomes from the research as well.
For successful accomplishment of the research, the ethical issue consideration is quite essential for the researcher. While collecting primary and secondary data collection is a major ethical concern of the researcher. In primary data collection, researcher ethical consideration is to not disclose the personal and professional information of any respondents to any one without their information.
It is because it can affect their life and will also create the issue in their jib. Because of this, researcher will not disclose any information related to the participants for anyone (Brinkmann, 2014). In the secondary data ethical issues, researcher will provide the proper references and the bibliography for all resources that are used by the researcher during the research.
It will help the researcher to keep safe the research from copy and paste issues and will also make easy to complete the research successful on time.
In this research, all rules and the regulations as well as the guidelines of the university will be followed by the researcher. It is because it will help the researcher to complete the research on time and it will also make easy the researcher to complete the research on time.
Along with this, reseaedher will also follow the industry or government regulations for overcoming the risk and issue that can affect the outcomes of the research (Zhou et al., 2013).
In order to analysis the data, different ways of the data analysis are available that are used by the researcher. But at the same time, for this research, researcher will use statistical analysis method for successful research accomplishment. This will also help the researcher to present the research findings in the table and graph format.
