- Right to “live freely” of the Animals is neglected when they are being applied.
- Unlike Humans they do not have the option to choose whether they like cosmetics or not.
- They are being treated below standards in test labs which is an ethical concern.
Every living animal should have the right to live freely and in a healthy environment. However, consent of the animals cannot be taken while applying cosmetics which create an ethical question of freedom. Humans can claim action against a cosmetic product if they get hurt while using it. However animals cannot do such things and for which they are being used as test subjects (Gee and Mueller, 2019). Cosmetic is not a life saving element of a society and for this using animals and gaming them is not justified.

- Harmful cosmetics can affect the skin of the animals.
- Humans use it for their cosmetics testing before selling it in the markets.
- Proper treatment is not provided to the pets when they are harmed.
There are a lot of businesses depending on the cosmetics where the business owners are using the animals to test the nature of the cosmetics. It becomes helpful for them to understand whether it is applicable for the market sales or not. But this testing process can harm the animal if it has an excessive level of harmful chemicals and it especially affects their skin. After getting the surety about the less harmfulness of the cosmetics, business owners sell it in the markets (McConnell et al, 2019). The pets are getting very much injured b y this process and sometimes the owners of the pets are not giving the proper treatment even when they need it the most. It can even cause the death of the animals. So, it is a very cruel thing done by humans with animals.

There is a big query about the proper safety of the animals as these kinds of acts like cosmetics tests are happening in the present days on the animals. So, their safety is getting hampered and it should create a query for the humans as they are also a living species of nature (Overgaauw et al. 2020). The concerns are about the rights of the animal act and their proper application to humans. The other query is about the legal authority of the country and the actions taken by them in this matter. As this is an illegal work of the humans so there should be proper actions taken by the legal authorities.
