The dynamic capability approach, Stakeholder theory, and Resource based-view strategy are the three strategies that are used in the report to demonstrate sustainability and innovation. The skills that are required to strengthen the present cultural situation of the corporations are open communication, authoritative leadership, self-directed replacement, and global accountability. The fulfilment of the announcement made by Sainsbury regarding suitability is acquiring honour, maintaining a healthy livelihood, a better workplace, improving the present society, and saving nature.

The recommendation for improving the innovation to continue with the success is mentioned below:

  • Independence based on accessing resources and giving ideas needed to be provided to the employees.
  • Employees are to be inspired by the team leaders to stay engaged and involved in the innovation actions ( 2018).
  • The latest technology machinery is required to be adopted by the organizations as it helps in innovation and maintaining suitability.
  • The individuals of the offices are to be guided by the upper hierarchy such that they pay attention to creativity.
  • Diversification in the groups is to be highlighted and supported by the organization as it increases the innovation level.
  • Personalities of different cultures are to be provided with equal opportunity to participate in the group discussion.
  • Communication channels among the group members and the elders need to be improved to avoid misconceptions and miscommunication (Shafiet al. 2019).
  • There is a necessity for workshops for the employees to teach them the techniques to increase their creativity level.
  • The innovation strategies need to be selected wisely according to the requirement.
  • Leaders are to be selected based on their ability to manage the team in any critical situation.
