Among various project management tools that are found, Agile and Prince 2 project management methodologies are some of the most commonly used ones. Selection of the most suitable Project management methodology is extremely important to ensure project success for that of any project. Besides analysis of project goals needs to be sorted out from that of an initial stage of that of a particular project from the start.
