Transformational leadership style thus has been selected as the most suitable way of understanding the career goals in the current event, and have been briefly discussed further.
Long term career goals
The long-term career goal of mine has been to take care of the entire process of the supply chain in the course of the event of leading and monitoring the shipping of the goods and the inventory management. I have found that the long-term career goal may be stated as taking on full responsibility of the roles performed by logistics analysts. The essential long term career growth usually may focus on the exact style of leadership task, where the better focus on the behavioural characteristics become an important factor to affect the leadership style in the future (Doh, 2003). My medium-term career goal may be defined as the understanding of the different and immediate areas of the problems where I have found that I lack the skill of negotiating with a conflict scenario, and I may have to improve on my conflict management skills. I may thus focus on the learning of the different theories of leadership that may accurately suit my working experience in the future, where I think that the knowledge of implicit leadership may prove to be of most use. Short term career goals
I may further reflect on my short-term career goal is to enhance the transformational leadership style which is more appropriate in building the analysing skills of mine, where I may need in my short-term objective to identify the sources of problems and act upon such by delegating of my tasks to ease my responsibility and increase the overall efficiency.
