COIT20248: Information Systems Analysis and Design
Go Help Me Company description
Go Help Me is a chartable firm and this firm is quite famous in the market because of providing the help for helpless person. This firm also helps people those want treatment of a terminally ill child, raising funds for someone whose house got destroyed in a fire and raising funds for a single parent in hospital to enable them to pay their rent and child’s school and carer fees.
Because of this, this firm is one of the leading charitable firms in the Australia and this firm also has many Patrons that are a great achievement for this firm.
But at the same time, there are also different issues for the firms in terms of not getting the proper statement by parent, cannot view or share their contribution history, taking too much time for the management of the donation and the charity due to whole manual process, etc.
These all issues are affecting the working of the firm and making a cause also for decreasing ratio of Patrons. So, it is needed for the firm to use some ways and in this, develop the manual chartable system is better for the firm.
1.2 Objective and Methodology
The purpose of this report is to develop an online payment donation system that will be helpful for the firm to overcome the all existing issues and to improve the performance of the firm.
In like manner, there are different approaches such as project cost benefit analysis, Gantt chart, schedule of project planned, investigation techniques, etc that will be helpful for the firm to complete the project on time and to reduce the all existing issues as well (Dennis et al., 2015).
1.3 Report Outlines
In this report, some critical case will be discussed firstly after that some diagrams such as 0 DFD diagrams, context level diagram, ERD diagram, CRUD diagram, etc. It will be effective for the firm to generate or produce the valid system and to improve the donate money through online and can provide all essential information for Patrons.
As per the views of Dennis et al., (2015), there are three parts in the use case diagrams and in this, the first one is the use case identifiers and initiators, the second one is steps performed and last one is the conditions, assumptions and questions.

This context diagram is helpful to make the boundary of the system and it s helpful for the firm to manage the working of the system. In this, online donation system is connected with customer, payment processor, IT cell and supplier as well.
The interconnection between the all entities is helpful for the firm to complete the all process. It is also helpful to reduce the errors and enhance the business capability of the firm (Russell-Rose, and Tate, 2012).
From the above context diagram, it can be determined that there is a direct connection among the customers, payment process, It cell, and firm and the new developed Online donation system.
The reason in this is that customers will create the account in the new developed system and the permission to make the account will be provided by the firm as well. After successful login, the process of making the payment will also be checked and considered by the firm and the new developed system.
It will be effective for the firm and the customers to make clear and effective the all process (Parraguez et al., 2015).
Apart from this, IT cell will also be responsible to handle the all process and to determine that whether all system is working properly or not. It is also responsible to manage the all internal and the external issues that can be occurred and can affect the overall working process of the new developed system.
Because of this, it can be determined that for the successful accomplishment of the new project, the context diagram is effective for the firms.
From the above graph, it can be sated that DFD level 0 is effective for the firm to handle the business and to meet the all need of the firm as well. Apart from this, there are major five entities such as customer, process to the online donation, process payment, updates all record and receiver (Oinas-Kukkonen, & Harjumaa, 2018).
There are also different processes such as confirmation, employees and the manager, display the process, print and receipt and inform and clear.
Apart from this, it can be determined that the DFD level 0 is diagram is effective for the firm to get the all idea about the process that firms follow to complete the all requirements and to handle the all business also. In same manner, below are the data flows:-
- CustomerOrder
- Inventoryof the data
- Detail of the payment confirmation
- Request of the login and the log out
- Generate the receipt of the payment
- Record the all amount that is donated
- Information of the payment
- Receipt of the payment
- All record clearance (Oinas-Kukkonen, & Harjumaa, 2018)
This diagram is also helpful for the firm to manage the business and to handle the each and every task and activities. This diagram is used for the development of the logical connections as well as to develop the interaction between the all entities of the system, as this project is directly related to the development of the online donation system then the use of ERD diagram is effective for the firm.
Apart from this, from the research of Alkhateeb et al., (2017), it is also determined that the use of ER diagram is also effective for the firm to provide a brief and clear view about the system and to design the data structure in the physical format that is why it is one of the important diagram for the new development of the system.
Although the ER diagram is effective for the firm but at the same time, there are two terms such as primary key and foreign key that are used by the firm in the ER diagram.
In this segment, it can be stated that Primary key is also known as a unique attributes of the entire relationship of the developed system, while, the foreign key attribute is also known as a primary attribute but it is only in one relation but it become non primary attribute when it comes in the relation with other.
There are four types of relationship between the two entities
- One to one relationship
- Many to many relationship
- One to many relationship
- Many to one relationship
This diagram helps to provide a visual starting point and also defines the all requirements that are necessary for the firm to complete the all process and the donation system. It also helps the firm to overcome the all issues and to improve the business process of the firm as well. CRUD DIAGRAM:

Website Design and Architecture:
The design of the website will be helpful for the firm to manage the business and to handle the all business activities. Analysingtheneedsofthedevelopment is necessary for the firm to manage the work and the system also.
There will be the use of different tools such as HTML, JavaScript and Notepad. It is because it will be effective for the firms in the successful development of the new system.
Below are the some objectives that will be followed by the firm in the website design and the architecture.
Objectives
Below are the objectives of designing the prototype of the system
- It provides the real feel of thesystem
- It is also helpful to provide feedback and to do the all changes that areidentified
- It is also helpful to provide the concept and website interfacelayout
- Identification of missingfunctionality
From the above discussion, it can be determined that the development of the new system (Online donation system) will be helpful for the firm to manage the business and it will also overcome the all existing issue of the firm as well.
From the above findings, it can also be determined that there are also different diagrams such as ERD, CRUD, Context Diagram, etc that are also helpful for the firm to have a clear picture and the discussion.
