Hence after gathering all the requirements team leaders go to the customer’s place to discuss their products and select a date on which they came to fit their products. As argued by Giovannini et al. (2018), in any case of getting delayed the admin department of DVG justifies being late. Sometimes it can become the reason for fitters who do not do their job well, at that moment the admin team and the managers can take immediate action on the workers. As per statement Gonzalo et al. The organization has delivered quite better services for the customers by addressing customer needs with providing them with the right kind of products (Marchenay and Bian, 2020). It has been seen as a result of developing frameworks of their proposed business the customers are demanding new models and more decorated materials that will make their rooms and the buildings look more professional and beautiful.
However, before the demands of the customer’s changes the company used to take orders from the customers and prepare the design on their farm (Evangelista et al. 2019). However the more the customers’ orders unique models and designs the more the organization started facing issues as they have to shape the models by themselves for the customers. This process of preparing and crafting the models accordingly to the customers’ demands takes time to deliver and fit the product. In this context, the company has faced issues with the proper size and placements of the glazing windows. In this context, the organization has decided to outsource the models and the products accordingly with the customer demand.

The outsourcing can be attached and managed with the Sales department of the organization. In case the sales department of the organization can deal with the outsourcing properly the business of DVG can be regained (Ullah et al. 2021). It can be predicted that the outsourcing of the products can help the organization to recover the loss and regain its business background.

From the overall discussion, it can be concluded that the process of outsourcing materials from the other suppliers can help the organization to meet the customer demand more precisely. Here the organization Double value glazing may have the business of crafting and preparing models by their manufacturer which can deliver the organization a sustainable business.
