During my tenure, I have participated in the various projects in which my performance was satisfactory. In this, the main aim of joining the job was to complete the course requirements. I have developed the knowledge and understanding about this in the context of modern business and Islamic philosophy at the workplace. In the context of depth analysis, it can be said that the concept of modern philosophy can be recognized on the basis of the two vital approaches. In this, it is found that the first approach is based on the experimental in the business. It prefers to bring innovation and creativity at the workplace. In this kind of business, companies, and leaders motivate the employees to do work in different ways. At the same time, the second approach is based on the speculation that is also associated with rational science. Moreover, it is also analyzed that in the modern business environment, the discussion on the experience of Bacon and doubt of Descartes have been concerning aspects. At the same time, I was also learned during the internship that the current business philosophy also focuses on environmental and sustainability. In this, I concern on the positive aspects of the workplace and I will try to maintain a good relationship with colleagues and clients. I will also try to help the colleagues that will shows I really respect and like them. In this contrast of this, it can be seen that if a person was angry and irritated all time then no one person like time at the workplace.
In this kind of situation, I would also like to take the advice from my senior due to their experience in this kind of this situation. Moreover, I will try to make a sweet relationship with seniors so I can get more advance from their experience. At the same time, the role of the strategy can also be effective. In order to deal with the salutation, I will work according to plan and strategy. For each situation and reason, the specific strategy will be developed and followed. Self-confidence and learning aspect is major that can help to overcome the Islamic philosophy issue. It will motivate and encourage me in handling the critical situation and face them with more strength (Vaxevanou, A. and Konstantopoulos, 2015).

Form the above discussion, it can be concluded that modern business philosophy and Islamic business philosophy are two kinds of business Philosophy. In this, it is analyzed that modern business philosophy is also known as the Christina business approach. This business approach more flexible and effective as compared to Islamic business approach. In the context of Islamic business worldview, it is found that this business approach is based on the old rules and regulation that does not allow the flexibility in the business practices. At the same time, the level of the stress is more in the Islamic business worldviews as compared to modern business worldview.
