In the context of depth analysis, it can be said that the concept of modern philosophy can be recognized on the basis of the two vital approaches. In this, it is found that the first approach is based on the experimental in the business. It prefers to bring innovation and creativity at the workplace. In this kind of business, companies, and leaders motivate the employees to do work in different ways. At the same time, the second approach is based on the speculation that is also associated with rational science.
