Universalism is the concept where every individual is treated under the same rules in an organization. From this context it has been found that people come from different cultural backgrounds and as per their culture, the stakeholders are habituated with different ruling backgrounds. Hence there is a presence of particularism as well (Ruck, Welch, and Menara, 2017). it has been identified that an organization can grow if there is a presence of accepting and adopting the new changes in a competitive atmosphere. In this context, multiple issues of communication can arise to work with stakeholders from different cultures. Here the stakeholders may not be able to accept the new situation in an effective way. On the other side, the organizations can improve the work culture by discussing the issues with the stakeholders. Not understanding the concept of adaptation and universalism can become issues for the people.

Due to the gap in organizational communication in an organization, the companies face challenges in the external atmosphere. There are issues regarding unsuccessful meetings and failure of projects. The employees are sometimes not able to understand the projects in the company and as a result, the employees get demoted. Communication issues with the stakeholders are affecting the internal and external atmosphere of the company. Relation with the customers gets hampered due to this issues of communication on the other hand the business gets a negative growth.
