3.0 Part C – Reflective Report
In this project, we discussed the theory of high-speed construction work in England. Thus, England is a rich country as many like so depending on their financial factor they can execute the high-speed rail pathways. According to this factor, we are more effective through our transportation format. Thus, it is the fastest pathway in England, so we can communicate easily with each other. In this country, as per the researcher among the high-speed rail path, the airplane pathway also has but according to the financial factor, the high-speed rail bridge is less expensive than airplane ways.
So, in my opinion, the high-speed rail bridge is a more impressive pathway in England. But executing the construction work we are facing many factors through the construction management and environmental equipment. Basically, mitigation of all factors we also maintain the many such things to continue clearly which is more convenient through the construction work. Here, discussing and analyzing all the theorem, we are following such kinds of aspects as mental wealth competencies, pathways of the UML carrier for industries connection developments, and LinkedIn courses which maintained all factors to execute the high-speed rail pathways in England.

3.2.1 Digital Proficiency
Definition
Digital proficiency in the construction project can be achieved by the project managers though the various technical application and it help to the digitalization of the different system of the construction project which facilitates the cost overrun and the time overrun of the project.

I utilized this proficiency in the “high-speed rail construction work” where I utilized the different online platforms as well as the various recent techniques which is realize from the different website related to the construction of the railway system .
Analysis
During the construction of the project, I realize that the utilization of the digital proficiency has the ability to reduce the workload and improvement of the accuracy and speed in the construction project by more than 50%.
Action Plan
For achieving the more knowledge, I have to more concentrate on the updated technology and there various way of utilization in the other construction work so that future projects also be benefited from this particular competencies.
3.2.2 Cultural Intelligence
Definition
Cultural intelligence can be refer to as the competencies to proceed with efficiently as well as effectively in the different cultural situation when major focus is the differences in the cross-cultural behaviors.
Describe
In the construction project, I used to practice the cultural intelligence as there various cultural difference are present among the various staff of the project.
Analysis
During the construction of the high speed railway system, I faced the cultural intelligence and I solve various diverse situation in work field to reduce the discrimination and differences among them.
Action Plan
I have to aware about the various cultural differences and I have to remove the discrimination from the field by increasing awareness among them.
3.3.3 Enterprise & Entrepreneurship
Definition
In the entrepreneurship, a company can established a unique creativity as well as the advanced thinking which solve the various problems help to solve in the construction project.
Describe
The recent entrepreneurship and innovation is deals with the different 3D projects and layouts of the construction project which help to realize the various difficulties in the designing and in the railway construction project I utilize the 3D analysis for realizing the every details of the design.
Analysis
Entrepreneurship as well as Entrepreneurs are the future of the various complicated construction project as they have to ability to solve the complexity with their critical thinking.
Action Plan:
For realizing the various critical thinking of the entrepreneurs I follows the various entrepreneurs in different platform of social media so that I can utilize the knowledge on the particular field.
3.3.4 Physical Intelligence
Definition
Physical Intelligence is the complex competency that is related to the human psychology as well as the human emotion. As the construction project many based on the human resources hence it has the significant impact on the construction project.
Describe
I am able to realize the human behavior and the human emotional as it was studied during the degree as it is the significant part of the construction work.
Analysis
After the analysis of the particular competencies in various project of construction especially in the high speed rail construction project, I realize that 67 % competencies of a human is dependent on the physical intelligence.
Action Plan:
To improve the skill, I will follow the various motivational videos and psychological books on human behavior.
Definition
The industry connection helps to realize the new standards as well as the relative product or the services of a particular industry. It help to enhance the different skills, knowledge as well as understanding about the particular industry.
Describe
I realize the various net technologies and the standard of the raw material for avoiding the different impact of the environment and also evade the various impact of pollutions.
Analysis
I always use the stander material for the construction project which has the ability to connect with the various industrial operation and also prevent the various failure die to the environmental impact.
Action Plan
I planned to engage with the various construction project to know about the various standers of the different raw materials which can be used in the project which helps in industrial connection.
Definition
It can be demonstrated as the mental ability of human being as well as understanding enhanced by thinking senses along with the experience.
Describe
During my professional degree, I have to go to the various seminar and for the collection of data and also for survey where I observed the cognitive intelligence of the various human beings tri react on a particular situation.
Analysis
This competency of me is utilized during handling the manpower of the construction project with the various responsibilities and the extra work.
Action Plan
I have to observe human beings for the better understanding of the cognitive skills.
3.3.7 Social & Emotional Intelligence
Definition
It is the competency to be aware of the feeling of an individual in the current moment. It is a very significant ability of the project manager as construction project deals with the risky works.
Describe
I utilizes the skills to know the different emotional condition or co-employees and I also uses it to train them about the various environmental factors such as greenhouse gases and the effect of those gases on people.
Analysis
I analyze the various effect on construction and the wastage of construction on human lives and environment.
Action Plan:
I have to be more engaged with the various psychological books where I can realize the human behavior in the construction project.
3.3.8 Community Connections
Definition
Community connection develops the knowledge of the human being as well as they become more social.
Describe
The construction of the high speed railway used for the connection of the various communities.
Analysis
As the community connection has the significant effect on work field, I always maintain a good relationship with the team members.
Action Plan
I have to interact with new people to develop this competency.
Analysis of all the studies, we meet our own theorem on the high-speed rail bridge construction work. Actually, in England, the high-speed (HS2) rail lines are the more valuable transport factor which is increased the transport communication with each other between many kinds of community, also this is one of the factors which is more reasonable than the other fast transform of the airplane.
To construct the high-speed rail pathways, in England many various cities which are connected part of this format of them are more developed than the previous days. So, discussed the all-over thing this formats developed England through their network connection of transport, communication speedily, also enhance the financial factor of the country’s fiscal effecients.
But discussing this study we elaborate on many other things such as which many issues we are faced to execute the construction work in the field and which process we choose to mitigate all the issues and challenges. So, here we are elaborating on all the needed factors which mainly help to continue the whole work process for the high-speed construction work in England.
