Question 3.

Developing assumption on internal and external premises is going to be used as strategic orientation.  The internal factors, such as resources, implementation of policies and management of outlining and executing plan are  going to be considered in the case of  Interatlantic continental hotel. This internal factor especially terms and conditions of the hotel influence the people management (Adams et al. 2019). Some external factors are equally important for the hotel. These factors are immensely connected with job satisfaction of the employees.
