This dimension addresses the uncertainty within the cultural structure by evaluating stability and certainty.

Time

Through evaluating PESTLE, it can be evaluated that the hotel can create a stable place within the country.

3.Strategic Orientation

There are five strategic orientation, Production, sales, market, product and societal orientation. There are five steps through which strategic orientation can be achieved.

  • Measurement of internal and external gaps

  • Strategic development

All these factors help create a strategic orientation structure through which Premier Inn can evaluate its people management structure. 4.Integrated Talent Management Model

The integrated talent management model has been considered as the people management model.
