And analysis to learn about the evidence for effective enhancement in the skill of analytics. The analysis process was taught starting from teaching about the ways to read quickly (Newman and Nezlek, 2019). And make points and raise questions with an effective collection of the evidence that helps to enhance the efficiency of assumptions in writing reports. Short three reflection

Reflection on the trait of openness to experience: I have always been open to openness to experiencing new things and I have been rated 52% on a personality test. I agree with the test results as I have lots of evidence for experiencing new things. I am very imaginative and when I joined MBA, I started learning about analytical skills with computer courses. As I was very open to learning new skills in analysing the gaps and reducing problems. I have improved my ability to imagine operating into new things in the technical field for effective professional analytical outcomes (Saric and Steh, 2017). I while learning technical skills in analytics, have improved my ability to deal with monitoring and retaining information for numerically interpreting the actual results. The analysing and research skill has been constant learning acquired from my acceptance and enthusiasm in learning new things for solving current problems.

Therefore, I can link my openness to experience with my digital proficiency as I can improve my learning experience in adopting new device application services, various software learning, and dealing with the problems of information misguidance. The designing of the new systems and digital capability increased with my ability to open the experience in learning new things (Stagnaro et. al. 2018). With the help of this digital proficiency, I can choose a career in digital technology management. With the capability to learn new things considering solving problems as the main objective of experiencing new areas for development. This linking is going to improve my ways of solving various digital issues and I will have a new direction for professional career growth.

Reflection on the trait of Extraversion: I can say I agree with the personality trait result acquired from the big personality test. I scored 94% which is very high and I agree as I have been an extraversion person with lots of ability to enjoy work, openly lead teams in a friendly way, taking responsibility for effective outcomes (Sobri et. al. 2018). I started my student life in university approaching alone. I was anxious but with the ability to open to people, I made quick friends and also got selected as a leader in my class teams for making reports. With the ability to lead groups I have enhanced my skill in openly communicating to groups for solving problems. I with good leadership skills and extraversion traits; openly listen and solve conflicts providing better output at right time. I have been fully enthusiastic about learning and with the openness to learn. I improved my openness to work in groups, enhance my friendly nature for acquiring knowledge from across the surrounding for effective outcomes.

With help of the extraversion capacity and openness to friendly interacting with groups has helped to link the mental wealth competencies of social and emotional intelligence. I have with good group management have learned to connect with people emotionally. Solve the problems and conflicts among groups as a leader with the ability to interact at a friendly level (Herman et. al. 2018). I have from constant support from friends have understood the process of understanding and empathising with people for better group support and effective outcomes in project work. The two links of extraversion and social and emotional intelligence will help to change the dynamic conflict culture, increase followers that will be influenced to work with dedication.

Reflection on the trait of natural reaction: I have been rated very low to 28% in terms of natural reaction and I don’t agree in terms of the result as I am an emotionally stable person with at least a score of 60%. I worked in new environments, made friends easily, and solved various problems without any fear of losing outputs while working as a leader with project teams. I retained the group problems and solve issues to submit the project on time without taking stress (Lanaj et. al. 2019). I stay calm when I solve problems and I naturally react slowly to the conflicts for solving the problems. I am never prone to worry and easily get upset from the outcomes of group work. I have failed many times in submitting projects due to group conflicts. But I prefer to solve the problems for final submission and tend to focus on long-term effects rather than worrying about the situation.
