I have learned more flow statements such as flow in e-learning and education, flow in the workplace, flow in hobbies, flow in sport, flow in music, and flow in technology and gaming. On the other hand, it helps me in developing digital detox and my observation channel through constant flux effectively. In week 4, I have studied the skills regarding physical intelligence and the theoretical concept, of physical intelligence and Elixir effectively.

On the other hand, I have identified through my reflective study that Maslow’s hierarchical model helps me in developing several physical intelligence and other business performances which are significantly influential to my professional development.
