Introduction

Reflection practices has assisted the students to identify the potential strengths and weaknesses of them which would help them to execute any particular task without facing any constraints(Farr & Riordan, 2015). The simulation game has provided the in-sight about the business approach of Sonic Mobile which includes all the relevant details associated with business process.

The simulation game has performed by collaboration of team members which is conducted through focusing on particular strategy related to research about diversified way.

Reflective evaluation of the initial strategy of team and evolving the strategy of simulation game

Our team members had decided to follow the systematic approach for focusing on all the relevant and suitable aspects for the business. At the initial stage, the vision of the business are required to be set for setting the business pattern and targeted customers.

The vision of the firm was set as connecting the world, establish global gender equality along with creation of the great products. We have also conducted SWOT analysis for the business operation to identify the weakness and threat for undertaking suitable strategy to prevent those(Korucu-Kis & Demir, 2019).

Moreover, we have also noticed the opportunity for inclining the product or service dimension into that orientation which are considered as rising market demand, higher customer satisfaction and less volume of competitors.

We have also concentrated on the development strategies which includes product development, diversification, penetration and market development. It has also identified the particular market where the products or services of the business has sold.

The firm would be operated in Belgium, UAE, Indonesia and UK and the detailed market analysis of those four countries has described which would provide the insight to us about the orientation of the business process. Initially, we all were involved in all the division of the business plan which was highlighted as more time consuming for completing the whole simulation game.

So, we had distributed our own sections for being prepared which are accumulated at the later stage to assure quality deliverable. The organisational structure and the role of HR managers must be regulated effectively for guiding the team members to complete their assigned job without facing any constraints.

As the simulation game comprises with series of rounds, each and every round has provided importance for completing the game with maintaining quality. Moreover, the product orientation and marketing approach has also been analysed based on the demands and needs of the customer.

Reflective evaluation of the performance of team against the key performance measure

The key performance measure used in the simulation game must be addressed with the performance of the team members for fulfilling all the points of the game. The efficient performance of the team member would assists in focusing on all the relevant aspects of Sonic Mobile.

The alignment between business scenario and the theoretical approaches are established through focusing on the aspect of education as it has helped us to acquire skills and gain knowledge(Gruenhagen, 2017).

The value drivers of the business and the fundamental approaches for accomplishing the ultimate victory has executed through key performance indicator which are applied for measuring the degree of success of the participants.

The operational decision and principle strategy has recorded in the orientation of business process which has impacted the financial performance of the company. The specific liabilities items are also included in the liabilities which are required to be compensated. The major liabilities are considered as accounts payable, staff remuneration, research and development and cost for the location.

The approaches of advertisement has also been prioritised for focusing on the pattern of business deliverables which are considered as price per click, advertisement on social networks and monthly budget.

Our team has also focused on the customer demand which has provided importance of product quality based on security, privacy and product experience. It has also estimated as improving the reliability of the product which has maintained the improved product quality.

The alignment between reliability and innovation approaches has also been progressed through the simulation game which has exerted improved performance related to the business process. The education level, workload and self-motivation of the staff has also addressed for identifying the important aspects based on performance measure of the team members.

Focusing on employee benefits for fulfilling the regular work are considered as the main principles for the company aspect(Herder, et al., 2018). The simulation has also focused on the operational problem and team problems which are prevented through undertaking suitable strategies associated with the business process.

The operational problems are listed as the price adjustment errors of mobile phone, not adjusting the inventory at time and limited employee numbers. On the other hand, not being careful as a team along with strategic errors are also undertaken as the issues that has prevented through hiring more staff and forming better managerial team.

All of the team members have performed effectively to identify important perspective of the business which has provided the in-sight related to the approaches of business.

Learning from simulation game; identification of field of strength and weaknesses

During the simulation game, I have learnt diversified business approaches due to being involved in the documentation process. I have learnt the importance of making a proper and suitable planning for starting the business process.

The crucial points that are needed to be covered in the business proposal are also addressed in the simulation game. Conducting SWOT analysis would provide the business an opportunity to identify the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat for the company process(Hennessy, et al., 2018).

It has also provided me an in-sight about identifying the potential field of improvement which must be addressed by the business executive. The customer strategies are also regulated for inclining the product or service dimension into the orientation of consumers.

The identified strategies for attracting customers comprises of lowest price, being market leader in the price and quality segmentation, ultimate quality, percentage of sales declination and global market leader which has also enabled me for gaining insight related to the business process.

As the proposed business has operated over different countries like Belgium, UAE, USA and Indonesia, the different factors and customer preferences are also recorded for making the product or service orientation which has supported the argument of business goal execution. I have also learnt the approaches of business management which has covered the aspects of organisational structure and human resource manager(Gruenhagen, 2017).

The importance of maintaining stable and consistent organisational structure has also been incorporated throughout the study. The processes for motivating the staff to work collaboratively has also been aligned which has enabled me to gain in-depth analysis about the topic.

I think, I have performed the country analysis portion effectively. The demands and needs of the customers of different location are analysed for inclining the product or service orientation into that particular direction. The flexibilities and benefits of full-time employees are recorded for adding value to the business process which is also considered beneficial from the business aspect.

I also need to focus on the deliverables of the employees which has assisted the businesses to accomplish their regular work process. Moreover, more factors are also required to be included in SWOT analysis and the external environment analysis has also been incorporated for focusing on the important business factors.

I have also need to focus on the perspective of employees and the external political or economic factors which are required to be interpreted.The operational decision and principle strategy has also required to be enforced for being proficient with the reflection writing.
