Compromising product quality to meet product rate is one of the huge and common mistakes that have been seen to be done by the different underdeveloped companies within the fashion retail industry. In the fashion retail industry, it has been observed that some market retailers do not use costly materials to make branded clothes yet in the tag they mentioned that products are branded (Su & Swanson, 2019). Therefore, this created a multi changing situation for the business organization in the fashion retail industry. Before the pandemic, people have been seen to be involved in purchasing clothes from digital platforms yet reliability caused several people not to buy from online forums. Since the development of Covid-19 active cases, people were suggested to shop online except daily essential products or medicines as per need (Bos-Nehles et al. 2019). Managers and chief executive officers of Next plc are giving more value to run business on the digital forum due to the increasing ratio of Covid-19 active cases all over the world. In this current situation, people are afraid of interacting with others due to the fear of getting infected by Covid-19, which is the major reason for the business organization, such as Next plc to increase business reputation by delivering standard quality services among clients.
Branded companies under the fashion retail industry have lost several reliable clients, as market frauds have sold duplicate products by using brand names. Employees with limited ideas about the used resources or materials deal with multi-challenging situations while handling clients and this causes due by the poor training by the trainers or managers (Keay & Iqbal, 2018). Limited support and guidance from the higher authorities do not allow motivated or dedicated employees to show their capabilities to handle customers and develop bonds with clients. Therefore, it will be impossible for the business organizations to get efficient working performances by their employees, which is required to enhance brand image and business performances across the global consumer market.

Hence, a lack of support, sincere guidance and positive approach by the higher management are the basic reasons for not getting effective performance by the professionals.
