Section 3: Business Transformation

3.1 Critically evaluate contemporary leadership issues in digital age

Digital issues are the main problem of the leadership of any business and it is the main obstacle of evaluating any business. In the present business era, companies are adopting digital means of marketing and promotion frequently rather than being dependent on traditional means of promotion such as newspaper or tv advertisements. People open their account and they can easily check what is happening around them and any new product of any company. Companies utilize social media platforms to provide vivid descriptions of their products to their customers to increase their customer engagement rate (Chyhryn et al. 2019). It is to prove to the whole country which ingredients are used in this product and it is a chance to gain belief in the customer and the new user so that it can be very easy to clarify the products.

The industry can engage more people as an employee or a customer, mainly the recruitment of the industry attracts the whole young generations so that they can find the proper way of income. However the interview process of the company or the industry is also created by an online process (Tohara  and T. 2021) . Covid 19 is the main issue for facing loss and unemployment in the company or the industry because of whole processing. This pandemic had separated all the customers and the company employees because most of the people lost their jobs. It was very difficult to lead life simply for the people because the price of the necessary commodities had been increasing by leaps and bound (Antonopoulou et al. 2021). As the production was decreased the price rate also increased and different commodities were not available in the market.

Now the company or the industry have already started their production or the innovation and people are going to buy the products also. The market is now much available for all commodities and people are starting to buy the online products .If any company could not improve itself from the technology , the company will not be able to grow up in the market as well as other companies (Tohara  and T. 2021). However, company is giving chances to their employees to work from their own home so in the office the working scene of the juxtaposingly of many employees have been disappeared (Antonopoulou et al. 2021). The most valuable products like gold or any other gems are purchased online because people may easily keep hope on the online process.

3.2 Evaluation of digital technical leadership

Digital technology is increasing in the different types of organizations and the evaluation is now widely spreading all over the world. The companies and the industries also are doing their whole jobs for the employee and the customers via online process. From the low level to the leader levels executes the whole online process with transparency. To complete any work of the company or change the styles of the model of the company leaders have to adopt a new leadership style. Implementation of digital means can help the employees working in an organization to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. The first process is to develop digital technical leadership – leading virtual teams. Here if employees face any problems virtually then they have to finish the difficulties (Antonopoulou et al. 2021). As a result leader’s managers have to hire different types of employees with different backgrounds and zones.

In the case of the economy of the business the higher authority has to notice the internal employees as well as the workers. Solid communication and cross-cultural skills are the key to the success of this process. In the second process, communication with different types of people in different places has to increase and they have to break all the traditional rules. Members of the company share their new ideas or innovations in the company so that it can be developed from all sides (Santosh et al. 2019) . The leadership is very much needed to conduct the whole process or to remove all the problems. Through the 3rd rule people can understand that employee development is very necessary because to generate the whole leadership process the members have to provide sufficient knowledge about that. If employees are well known/ highly skilled in the company they can easily conduct the whole process.

Employees have to be motivated from all sides so that they can be fully boosted up for doing this job. Apparently employees have to provide the ticket to another place so that they can be fully stressed free. Offen employees have to offer for higher level or promotion to grow up their energy for doing job in the company. To search which skills are needed for the employees, they have to conduct a meeting and in this meeting the people with different problems have to teach properly for the company. Positivity has to be provided among the employees to improve their skill and the communication with hierarchy has to be increased so that the employees can never be frustrated (Santosh et al. 2019). A leader coach has to be involved in this process to look after the employee’s problems or to improve the skills of the employees. A leadership coach can fulfil the employee’s basic needs and can provide the knowledge about their insufficiency. Good behaviours, reliability are very much needed in the employees so that he/she can easily influence the customers and the other company members. A feedback form should be provided to the employees so that they can share their personal experience in this form and the higher authority can understand the problems or anything else. The CEO of the company has to give a look into the whole process so that the process of leadership coaches and any other sides can be developed within a few days.

Section 4: Personal Development Plan

Communicating with teams through digital medium This activity will save time and help the team to work efficiently from anywhere.  The workflow will be increased Internet mainly different websites and laptop Internet issues or technical problems
Giving a digital upgrade to day-to-day tools Digital upgradation of day-to-day tools will help the leaders and employees to finish their tasks effectively within their deadlines. More complicated jobs will be done by the employees Digital tools integrated with advanced technologies such as AI, ML. One of the major barriers that can limit personal development goals considering this activity can be technological breakdown.
Influencing workforce to adopt new ways of working To use more digital platforms.  The wish of doing work will be increased Hierarchy and the network . To provide more jobs will be easy .
Building digital capabilities for workforce for the future Enhancing digital capabilities of workforce can provide advanced opportunities to the organization by improving the overall performance of employees Employees will be more benefited in this work. The relevant websites. Some important websites have to buy with higher cost.

Through research we came to know that 99% of employees would like to work remotely for some of the time. Communicating with terms through digital media can help the people more in their work which is done through the websites. In this process the company will save more time and the employees will complete more projects in a month. Here the internet is the main thing and without the internet, the employees will not be able to do these jobs. In some specific areas frequently the connection of the internet fluctuates and the employees have to hold their job for a long time so many projects are not able to be done due to this problem (Santosh et al. 2019) The employees have to provide knowledge about the new tools of the internet so within the deadline the employees will have to do their most complicated jobs which help people for their self-development. Using more technical platforms the job flow of the employees will be increased so the target of the job will be fulfilled in a short time.

4.1 Identify and discuss the personal development planning

Personal development is a process of improving yourself by targeting life goals , working with skill and evaluating growth. To achieve goals , boosting self confidence, learning a new language is the gateway of personal development. The higher authority also has expertise from all sides to develop the whole business process. The very needed thing is to acquire trust from the employees and the customer aslo (Santosh et al. 2019) . For this the workers have to be more efficient in their work and product quality should be high. The higher authority must be very honest and have to fulfill the clients requirement. Through these stages the higher authority can also be a very good, honest, trustworthy or an integrated person. The higher authority has to avoid errors and wrong decisions which will affect the famousness of the company and the hierarchy also. Before taking any decision the hierarchy have to discuss all the matters then have to provide the result or the conclusion. The employees have to improve their skill and the development renge so that the productivity may increase. The employees who are doing their job easily have to be awarded and in the case of a bad quality job the hierarchy have to take initial steps.

4.2 Justify about objectives

  1. Define personal development objects to employees- HR person should provide or explain the concept of objective settings and what types of personal development object is needed. In this way the skill, behaviour and knowledge of the employees and the hierarchy will be increased.
  2. Agree development needs- The confidence level has to increase for the employees so that the quality of the product can increase and the company gets a renowned position.
  3. Work review for the employees- Every day the employees have to provide the work review, thus the employee will be very encouraged and critical jobs will be done by them easily.
  4. Provide the opportunity for travelling- If a company provides the travelling opportunity the employees will be highly obliged to the hierarchy and they can work with full spirit.
