The family-owned organizations have various methodologies of hiring the employee. The main factor of the family-owned organizations is the external hiring process of the employee (Wirba, 2017).

The recruitment process of the organization includes the various process that helps in identifying the required employee for the job. Charismatic leaders influence the operational process by encouraging the employees of the organization. The personality of the leaders also plays an important role in encouraging employees.
