So the company has to find a way to adapt to this problem. At the same time, the company has to stay relevant in this age of technology or the competitor in this segment will beat them in their own game and take the lead in the market. The company has to rethink its approach of educating and informing people about certain topics (Grandazzi, 2018). The company to look for an engaging way to stay relevant in this dynamic market space. The company finds an economically viable way to educate people, which are engaging for them and at the same time which is profitable for the organisation.

The company had already faced this kind of challenge in the first when the company transited its operation from the radio to tv platform. The management of the company has an eye for an opportunity, and Due to this reason, the transition was proved to be successful. The transition not only increased the popularity in the UK but the early also helped them to get the global market from the early transition to till now (Wheaton, et al. 2017). The company is right now operating in 40 different languages across the globe. The new market always comes with a new opportunity, but it also brings new challenges. These types of leaders are flexible.

Technology will help the organisation in smooth transitioning, which is absolutely necessary in today’s world.
