Development of professionals along with personal traits and attributes helps in the management of professionalism in an individual. The predominant purpose of this study is to shed light on the analysis of different personal traits that includes assertiveness, sound-decision making, personality insight and temperament respectively. Further, with regards to the test results areas that require to be addressed are identified apparently.

As per the career assessment test, it can be observed that with respect to the assertiveness my ideal score is high. This means that I am highly assertive and intend to state my feelings in a calm and appropriate manner. As opined by Newman et al. (2018), consistency in behaviour is key to establishment of a good relationship at work and ensure a productive atmosphere in the workplace. I try to be always aware of the needs and be prepared to address challenges in a significant manner.

I generally aim to attain a win-win approach where I intend to gain relevant insight with respect to the perspective of other individuals thereby understanding them in a proper manner (Smith et al. 2018).
