Generally, there are different issues that are faced by the firm at the time of managing the business at international level. But at the same time, the major responsibility to face the issue and to overcome the issues is on the CEO of the firm.

It is because the CEO of the firm is the key person who handles the entire business operation of the firm and provides a right direction for the firm to get the success in the market.

The owner of the firm changes the CEO of the firm if he/she not performed well to handle the firm and the value of the stakeholders (Nahavandi, 2016).

So, for overcoming this issue and to perform well, the Don Meij is selected as a CEO of the firm and now it is the responsibility of Don Meij to handle the all issues and to provide the great success of the firm in the international market (Spillane, 2012).

So, for overcoming this issue, the CEO of the firm made a plan. First of all, he analyzed the all business process of the firm and the strategy that are used by the firm. It is because for taking any decision, it is necessary for the CEO to analyze the existing strategy and the way that firm could use.

Along with this, the CEO of the firm also analyzed the other competitors strategy such as McDonald, etc that helped the CEO to get the idea bout he lacking of the firm and the way to improve the performance of the firm and to overcome the issue that firm is facing in the business.

After doing the basis analysis, the CEO of the firm got their actions. In this, the first one was to increase the product range of the firm with better quality and the services.

So, the CEO of the firm increase the product range and there are different products such as sandwiches, pastas, and side dishes, etc are added in the menu of the firm that provide the choice for the customers to choose any one of them accruing to their choice (Ward, 2016).

After that, the CEO of the firm also opened the more stores of the firm in different locations that helped the customers to reach at the Dominos Pizza. These all decisions were the great decision that are  taken by the CEO of the firm and they all decisions helped the firm to overcome the all issues that firm was facing and affecting the performance of the firm as well.

Because of this, it can be stated that all decisions that was taken by Don Meij was quite good and helped the firm to get success in the market.
