I have identified that Covid-19 is a new virus that gets rapidly spread from human to human through coming in contact with an infected person.  Additionally, social status gets affected due to appearances of Covid-19. I have determined that travelling limitation appeared in Tokyo due to introduction of lockdown which has been established by the Government of Japan. As stated by Hristov & Zehrer (2019), implication of distribution leadership an organisation gets a scope to deliver high focus on policies. Additionally, mental conditions during this pandemic situation get declined due to high risk after getting involved in gatherings.

Organisations that are present in Japan deliver high preferences over innovation that manages destinations. Presence of innovations, Tokyo got a scope to decline the outbreak of Covid-19. I have identified that about 27.1% recovery of economy has been determined from financial reports that support the fact regarding involvement of technology in overcoming these pandemic situations. High chances of spreading diseases from others are high which makes limitation in attending workplaces. Presences high technology that declines the needs of workforce for manufacturing product increases scope for raising annual GDP rate of Japan(business-standard.com, 2021). Economic crisis appeared during this situation due to lack of physical involvement at workplaces. Moreover, product selling rates get declined due to lack of manufacturing through implication of raw materials. Apart from this, raising a number of pandemic cases makes limitations in physical shopping purchases. Thus, financial assets of different organisations face a crisis that is identified through involvement in an organisation.

Researching over market condition that helps in developing strategies according to situation arose in Japan during Covid-19. Employment opportunities face limitations due to a lack of socialisation of employees who ae serving different hospitality and tourism industries. Moreover, I have determined that gender gap creates limitations in maintaining a positive working environment for the introduction of workplace discriminations.

Environmental

Pollution level of Tokyo gets declined due to lack of travelling of visitor through engagement of domestic visitors. Additionally, poor engagement of foreign travellers is for introduction of strict application of Government regulations. Moreover, pollution rate of this destination reduced due to implication of available environment policy in Japan.
