Question 1 I have to consider global outsourcing to save money and improve business by reducing operational costs. It helps me to reduce capital finance considerably during the hiring and other procedure. Global outsourcing is an important factor that helps businesses develop and grow. It has helped me during my pricing strategy; however, it can create a negative impact by considerably reducing the price of products. I have to consider the resources of the business before implementing global outsourcing. It is necessary to have enough resources to avoid occurrence of resource scarcity at any point in time. Global outsourcing must be considered only when the business is able to meet deadlines. It can create a negative impact on business that constantly misses deadlines. I have gotten immense benefits after implementing global outsourcing in my business as it has provided the facility of developing business overseas. However, effective communication is required for that to happen.
Question 2 I have faced issues related to project control while implementing outsourcing in business. Ineffective communication has led to the downfall of some of my projects that needed more guidance. While implementing outsourcing I have faced decision-making problems related to my projects. A decision was instructed to my entire business however lack of guidance created many problems. Outsourcing brings very high expectations for several business owners. I also have high expectations after implementing outsourcing however I did not have enough resources to avoid resources scarcity. I have faced problems such as cultural differences due to outsourcing. I have failed to understand the culture of overseas countries, which led to huge losses and many other problems. Due to outsourcing, I faced issues such as data security. When the data is kept in a single platform without cloud technologies, it is bound to face data security issues that I faced.
Question 3 I considered knowing the number of resources available at my disposal before making any decisions related to my business. It has proved to be very handy for me and my business. During outsourcing, it is necessary to know the scope of resources before allocating them. It has helped me over the years to maintain resources at my business disposal all the time. I need to have an accurate estimation of resources available at my disposal to send to my overseas business. It is always important to reallocate resources within time. Reallocating resources is important for businesses that have branches overseas. Thus I consider having advanced tools to reallocate my resources overseas. Sometimes I have over-allocated my resources overseas, which led to a shortage of resources at my main branch. Thus, it is necessary to send that much amount of resources as required.
Question 4 Reliability and availability are two of the performance metrics that are used to measure outsourcing. I constantly monitor the available resources to avoid any chance of a shortage of resources. Discounted pricing and operational costs are some of the performance metrics that are related to outsourcing. It has helped me over the years to supply products cost-effective to reduce operational costs. Outsourcing is measured in on-time delivery and response time. It is necessary to deliver products on time to avoid the stoppage of processes and operations. It is one of the key performance metrics in outsourcing. Success of outsourcing can lead to corporate growth and improve profitability. It helps my business to grow effectively without taking much time. Outsourcing is considered to be successful only when it meets organizational goals. Outsourcing is directly linked with my goals and visions to provide a competitive advantage.
Question 5 I consider experience when outsourcing resources and by talking to clients. I prefer outsourcing resource through cargo ships, which is very cost-effective as well. It costs around about $0.2 billion to outsource my resources. I always ask clients about the best form of transportation to outsource my resource to them.  They prefer getting resources through ships that cost near about $ 0.15-0.25 billion per shipment. I consider the shortage path for the shipment of my resources to reduce the chances of any transportation risks. Thus, I prefer considers airways to ship my resources which costs around $0.87 billion per shipment. Ships and airways are two of my preferred options to outsource my resources and depend on the distance the resources have to travel. For long-distance I preferred ships and for short distances I preferred airways. Airways are my preferred option to reallocate my resources at is very secured. It might take some more amounts that ships but it is very safe and secured. It takes round about $0.96 billion for one shipment.
Question 6 Artificial intelligence-based technologies are a key part of outsourcing. I prefer AI almost in every process and operation to make it smooth and faster. I prefer using big data analytics during outsourcing as it is very efficient. It helps me to get accurate results of resources available that can be reallocated to other places. I considered automation while implementing outsourcing to reduce the chances of human errors. It has helped me considerably over the years to improve rate of productivity. Cloud-based technologies are my preferred option to improve outsourcing. It helps me to get the accurate amount of resources available at my disposal. I utilised digital communication to communicate with overseas clients during outsourcing. It helped me to have effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
Question 7 Having an idea regarding the size of the team is something I put a lot of focus on. It helped me reallocate my resources as per the strength of the team. I prefer to consider a cost-effective mode of transportation to considerably reduce operational costs and reduce the price of products to attract more clients. The culture of overseas is one aspect that I put a lot of focus on. It helps to build strategies according to need of local customers to improve profitability. I prefer to understand the local culture in order to identify their expectation regarding my products. It helped me to develop products according to their need. I put a lot of focus on quality assurance to avoid developing top-quality products for my customers and clients. Developing quality products is my top priority to provide customer satisfaction.

Question 1 Hmm! I have come to know that Cost is one of the key factors that can affect the decision-making ability of an institution. As the key motive of business is to reduce expenditure, therefore, low cost helps to promote outsourcing. Oh yes! I have seen that resources and technology are key factors that can help to increase the outsourcing market globally.  Introduction to new technology can help to reduce complications in work. As per me,

Get Assignment Help from Industry Expert Writers (1)

minimisation of the suppuration helps to reduce the excess burden on organisations which helps to reduce the overload of work for participants in the organisation.

I think that cost is one of the important criteria which help to increase the scope of outsourcing in the organisation. It helps to reduce the liability of an organisation to recruit new employees. Recently I have observed that

Service level agreements used in outsourcing help to limit the liability of a person to an institution. It helps to increase better communication among the team in the organisation.

Question 2 Decision-making is one of the key challenges that is needed to be faced during the outsourcing of a project for an organisation. A better communication channel is needed to be faced during outsourcing. The difference between the Regional Cultural to the Organisational may lead to an increase in confusion  for the organisation as well as the person involved in outsourcing of project Yes, Language and communication channels are used between organisations which may be a barrier for the organisation as well as the person involved in outsourcing a project.

Data Security and Intellectual Property are one of the key factors which act as a barrier to the increase in outsourcing in a business. Project control and high expectations of the quality of service led to the increase in complexity of the task which may affect the quality of service for a person.
Question 3 Outsourcing helps to reduce the cost of the work in an institution. Therefore, outsourcing helps to increase the quality of job supply for the organisation. As per my,  Outsourcing helps introduce new technology which helps to increase the quality of service supply for the organisation which helps to decrease complications in the work. Sometimes it can be seen that the increase in the difficulty may lead to the chance of confusion which can lead to an increase in the confusion in the organisation as well the people involved in outsourcing. If you believe me,  outsourcing in the organisation is cost-effective;  however, it can be seen as a security issue for an organisation which leads to a quality issue. As per me, the high extensity of the project may lead to an increase in confusion which leads to quality issue which harms the performance of the institution.

Question 4 I have studied that the quality of a product, as well as types of service, help to maintain the quality of service as per the expectation of the organisation. An organisation needs to schedule frequent meetings with the organisation which can help to maintain better communication. In my opinion better communication help to increase the better Sprint Velocity which helps to maintain better communication between the organisation and the outsourcing person. I think that setting a proper milestone helps to achieve the quality of a job in the organisation. Based on my perspective,  setting a frequent meetings between the organisation and the outsourcing helps to reduce the communication gap which helps improve the quality of tasks. As per my suggestion,  developing a project Risk Burndown helps to evaluate the complication in the job as well as helps to increase the lower rate of risk which helps to decrease the risk rate.
Question 5 In my opinion, outsourcing can be measured by the use of Liability and limitations, which help to set a limit for the organisation as well as the outsourcing person for a piece of work. Benchmarking and Technological evolution clauses can be used while can help to evaluate the working of the organisation and its involvement in the task. The cost of that job can be estimated to be 1 to $150 per project. Intellectual Property rights can be used by the organisation which helps to understand the responsibility of the organisation as well as the percentage of tasks the organisation is responsible for a project. As per my knowledge, it may reduce the cost of the project by $2 per project. I have come to know that Data protection can help to reduce the cost in case of any threat to the data in the organisation. Cyber risk and Insurance can be used by the organisation to make a makeup of the data of the resources in case of outsourcing a project.
Question 6 In my opinion, easy access to internment helps to increase outsourcing in an organisation.   Virtual employment and digital communication can help to increase the performance of an organisation. The easy access to cloud computing can help to increase the performance of outsourcing in the organisation which can help increase the performance of the organisation. The evaluation of AI in the organisation can help to increase the performance of outsourcing in the organisation. Better communication facilities can help to increase the better performance of the organisation. I think that the advancement of gift technology does not have a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing globally.
Question 7 I consider evaluating the cost and the ability to meet the deadline of the person or the institution to help me evaluate the performance of my business. The type of resource and technology used by the organisation can help to increase the performance of the business. Trustworthiness of the organisation can help to make decisions for the business. Minimal surveillance is one of the major factors needed to consider for outsourcing in the organisation. Cost Savings.

Pricing is one of the major factors which is needed to consider for outsourcing in the organisation collaboration.

Theoretical interpretation of findings

Interpretation of question 1

As per the interview conduct, some of the key factors needed to consider for the need for outsourcing in an organisation are the cost of outsourcing and the use of technology used to do a project. The main motive of a buenas is to maximise the profit which helps to increase the profit of the organisation. Outsourcing helps to decrease the liability of an organisation to recruit new employees in the organisation, which helps to reduce the liability of the institution.  As per the opinion of  Klaus and Zaichkowsky (2020, p- 52), outsourcing can help to reduce the number of fixed employees in the organisation which help to reduce the operation cost for the organisation.

Moreover, outsourcing can help to increase the use of modern technology which can help to reduce the complexity of the service in the organisation.  However, it can be seen that few participants agree that the increase in the use of AI helps to reduce the dependency of organisations on humans, which leads to a decrease in outsourcing. For example, it can be seen that many MNC globally use AI technology for account management in the institution. However, in the present scenario, it is done with the help of software, which led to a decrease in the involvement of humans, which led to a decrease in the scope of outsourcing in MNC globally.

Interpretation of question 2

Some of the key challenges, which can be considered for outsourcing in the organisation, are the decision-making ability of the organisation as the organisation has limited control over the performance to which the project is being outsourced. Therefore, it is a matter of concern for the organisation. Moreover, it can be seen that sometimes there is a cultural difference between the organisation and the person or the organisation involved in the organisation. This led to an increase in the difference in the working pattern in the organisation and sometimes may lead to communication gaps for the organisation.  As per the suggestion of Liu et al. (2019, p- 65),  data security is one of the key factors which is being affected due to the outsourcing of jobs for the organisation. It leads to an increased chance of data breaches for tube organisations.

Moreover, it can be seen that the increase in the outsourcing of a project in the institution may lead to increases in expectancy which lead to an increase in the chance of conflict for the organisation as well as the person involved in the organisation.  Other than that it can be seen that sometimes communication barriers lead to the increase of conflict between the institution and the involved person in the organisation (Vakkuri et al. 2019, p- 41).  For example, it can be seen that a company in the UK plans to outsource a task to an Indian company, in that case, the organisation may face a problem regarding the flow of jobs in the organisation. Working culture of an Indian organisation is different from the UK based organisation. Therefore, it may lead to an increase in problems in the flow of jobs in the organisation.

Interpretation of question 3

As per the interview, it can be observed the increase in some of the key resources, which are needed to improve the quality of job outsourcing, is the information of the job as per the requirement of the organisation. It helps the person engage in outsourcing to improve their quality of job in the organisation. Another key factor that helps to increase the quality of a task is the clarity of the scope of the task, which helps to evaluate the dimension of the task in the organisation. It helps to increase the quality of tasks and help to meet the expectation of the organisation of people engaged in outsourcing.  As per the opinion of Lok et al. (2021, p -54), proper allocation of resources in the organisation helps to meet the quality of products or services as per the necessity of the organisation. It helps to increase the better understanding of the people involved in outsourcing to the organisation and helps to improve the quality of products for the organisation.

Moreover, the proper allocation of resources such as adequate information about the task and the right amount of funds for the allocated job helps to reduce the chance of conflict between the organisation and the outsourcing person. Therefore, the organisation needs to provide an adequate amount of resources to meet the quality of the product in the organisation.  For example, it can be seen that an organisation in the UK plans to outsource a business to a person or organisation based in China or another country for the management of the account of the organisation (Lok et al. 2019, p- 14). Therefore, in that case, the organisation needs to provide information on the spending of the organisation as well as other relevant information to get the right quality of service to the organisation.

Interpretation of question 4

There are some of the key factors, which can help to evaluate the performance of outsourcing for the organisation. Among them, some of them are the setting up of a milestone that can help to increase the performance of the organisation, as well as can help to maintain a constant target and help to it the deadline of the project. Moreover, it can be seen that different organisations use to outsource different tasks such as logistics, accounts, and many other tasks to reduce the burden of tasks for optimisation (Danaher, 2019, p- 41). Moreover, a business can use a split velocity measure to measure the risk associated with a job in the organisation, which helps to ascertain the risk, associated with the job. It helps to increase the assessment of the importance of a job in the organisation.

For example, it can be observed that Amazon, a USA-based e-commerce business, can outsource their delivery service to othercourier services, to deliver the product from one place to another which helps to decrease the burden on Amazon for the delivery of the product. On the other hand, as argued by Gonzalez et al. (2019, p- 52), the courier company also gets the opportunity to earn money which helps to generate employment for the organisation.  However, at the present, it can be seen that AI is being used by organisations to reduce the involvement of humans in the precession of jobs in greasiness. Therefore, it reduces the scope of employment or the chance of outsourcing in the organisation.

Interpretation of question 5

Some of the famous procedures that can be used by the organisation to measure the performance of the outsourcing are the use of an instrument. It can help to evaluate the performance of the organisation are the Benchmarking and Technological evolution clauses which can be issued by the organisation to evaluate the involvement of a person or the organisation involved in outsourcing. It helps to evaluate the performance of the organisation, which can help to increase the transparency in the deal in the organisation (Sundar, 2020, p- 14). Liability and limitations agreement can be used by the ortagnisdastion to outsource on the project. It helps to understand the limitations and duties of a person in the outsourcing contract.

Intellectual Property rights can be used to make a deal which gives a better understanding of the terms and conditions mentioned in the deal. It helps to reduce the chance of confusion which can help to reduce confusion in a deal.  For example, if Macdonald’s is planning to open a  franchise business in the UK; therefore, the business needs to make deals with an organisation present in the UK. Macdonald’s needs to make an Intellectual Property right with the organisation which is going to collaborate.  The organisation will also have to sign a Liability and limitations act which will help both the organisation to evaluate the duty and the liability to avoid the chance of conflict within the organisation.

Interpretation of question6

The increase in the use of modern technology in the organisation helps to increase the better communication channel, which helps reduce the communication gap in the organisation.  As criticised by Rahmani and Kamberaj (2021, p- 58), the use of AI in the organisation can help to decrease human involvement in the working procedure in the organisation. It helps to reduce the scope of mistakes in the job in the organisation.  Moreover, it can be seen that the increase in technology development can help to decrease the scope of outsourcing in the organisation. Therefore, the use of advanced technology harms outsourcing in the organisation. For example, it can be observed that the use of modern technology led to a decrease in human involvement in the organisation’s work as the accounting in the organisation was done by humans initially (Strusani and Houngbonon, 2019, p- 65). However, the increase in the use of automation technology led to automation in the working procedure in the organisation and as a result, led to scope for outsourcing in the organisation.

Interpretation of question 7

Some of the major factors that need to be considered for the deal in the collaboration or the outsourcing of the project are the cost and the preceding of the deal which helps to ascertain the performance of the organisation. As per the opinion of  Lok et al. (2019), in most cases, it can be observed that outsourcing led to the involvement of modern technology which led to an increase in the performance of business globally.

Summary:

This study helped to evaluate the performance of organisations as well as the outsourcing market globally. Seven questions were asked to ten participants whose answer is being analysed in the whole study for analysis of the impact of AI on the outsourcing market globally in the institutions. All this information has been analysed deeply in terms of improving the research quality and making it easy to understand for readers. This research focuses on primary data to collect authentic and genuine information regarding the topic. Only authentic data have been collected through developing seven questions based on the decision-making criteria and their impacts on global outsourcing and the challenges associated with the decision-making of global outsourcing. It also includes the resource distribution process and performance metrics to measure outsourcing and its performance effectively.  The cost channels of global outsourcing have also been represented in front of the participants through developing questions. Thus, this chapter has been developed based on a deep analysis of primary questions.

Chapter 5:

Introduction

This chapter is all about determining the factual aspects of artificial intelligence (AI) that has widely impacted outsourcing not only domestically, but also globally. AI technologies are the major factors in recent times that can easily influence the outsourcing segment. In this regard, this particular chapter has proposed some effective questions that can determine several aspects of the AI technologies that have impacted global outsourcing firms. Apart from that, this particular chapter has been determining the key concepts of findings, managerial implications along with limitations. In addition, the scope of the research will also be evaluated in this particular chapter.

Thematic implication

Major decision-making factors considering global outsourcing have both positive and negative impacts specifically on the supply chain

There have been several factors that can impact the decision-making process regarding outsourcing, specifically the supply chain functions and also many more. In this aspect, Cost saving and Pricing would be the two key factors that are the ones regarding the impacting factors.

Cost savings:

While evaluating the pure business terms, outsourcing needs to develop the particular business and its top to bottom lines by reducing the operational costs. This particular thing needs to be anticipated in a concise way unless it can differ the future processes of the same business. According to Dauvergne (2022), the global supply chain has been impacted by artificial intelligence and at the same time, it has reduced the speed of getting opportunities from the business market. The key factor is to figure out the characteristics of outsourcing that can help in reducing the capital of the significant amount regarding hiring employees and at the same time, involving new equipment.

Pricing:

One of the common factors is the cost-cutting factors at the time of hiring talents and at the same time, lowering the price tags. It is mandatory to determine the vendors of the business so that the cost-effectiveness of the business can remain balanced. However, some vendors offer customers extra charges in order to provide support. The overall pricing statements need to be cleared in this aspect unless it can differ from the budgetary contributions.

Decision-making and project control are the two most critical challenges that have influenced the global outsourcing of Tesco

Decision-making along with control in projects are the two most crucial factors that can easily influence the organizational cultures and entire structure as well. Apart from that, it is the core responsibility of the higher authorities to provide the desired values to their employees so that they can feel fully involved in any particular project. Valuable ideas and thoughts of the employees can also help in decision-making. The organization Tesco has successfully provided the desired value to their employees and got a maximized outcome in their business.

Apart from that, having high expectations and not properly getting the regional and organizational differences of culture evaluated are also effective challenges that can be found in the decision-making of global outsourcing. As suggested by Ruiz-Real et al. (2021), business economics and its decisions can be made in a correct manner if the decision-making factors can be managed properly.

In this aspect, the globalizing organizations found bigger talents still, there are several cultural boundaries that bring out many effective challenges for the business. Additionally, at the time a proper business is outsourcing in order to offshore a definite destination, they need to cope with two proper types of cultural differences such as regional and corporate differences.

Resource allocation processes can help businesses to determine their decision-making processes for better results

There are several processes that can accurately determine decision-making for any particular organization. In this aspect, the processes through which crucial resources can be allocated are by tracking time, using the tools, thinking about the entire process holistically, and many more. Resource allocation is well known as scheduling the resources and at the same time, it assigns and recognizes the resources as well that can further help in the development of a particular organization.

In this aspect, the organization hierarchies need to evaluate the approach and activities of the responsible persons that can bring out effective resources for the particular business. Apart from that, managing time is the most critical yet crucial factor for allocating resources as it can help the particular industry to act properly in the business (Khakurel et al. 2020). However, there are a few challenges as well in this particular process such as changes in the scope of the project, using outdated tools of legacy, and others. These two particular challenges can slow down the growth of the organization and at the same time, it can differ the resources as well. Hence, managing time along with determining the resources needs to be done at the beginning so that the future of the organization gets well balanced.

The process of outsourcing can help in managing the system of a particular organization

There are several processes that can help respected organizations to accommodate their performances. One of the most effective factors is the evaluation of the outsourced developers that need to be evaluated as full-time talent. In this aspect, a particular outsourced developer needs to complete the tasks as a full-time member of the organization can do. Apart from that, the outsourcing process is concise, efficient, and productive so that it cannot bother the growth of business along with boosting productivity as well.

Figure 1: Requirements of a sustainable outsourcing process

(Source: Self developed)

In addition, proper utilization of the time on the market metric can help in measuring the performance. In this regard, the most crucial factor of performance matrices can be the deployment of time regarding the product requirements and managing the production environment. However, it is important to monitor the quality and outcomes rather than all the raw outputs. In this regard, the market blinding teams provide way better indications along with monitoring the entire turnover of outsourced resources.

Apart from that, finding a developer that is reliable to the field of outsourcing can be a tricky task. In this aspect, a definite milestone needs to be set unless it can disrupt the growth of the particular organization. Setting the first milestone with a lower workforce and later developing the relationship can help in restructuring the working style.

Choosing of right outsourcing partners can help the organizations to get effective opportunities for the business

There are many effective ways to choose the right partners for outsourcing, still, evaluating the experience of the channels, and approach of data-driven are the two most effective ones. In this aspect, there are multiple agencies that will specialize in one or multiple channels (Cope et al. 2021). Apart from that, the data-driven approach of the selected channels needs to be determined at the beginning so that it can help the respected organization generate more effective results in the business.

In this aspect, there is the proper cost for each channel that needs to be identified correctly unless it cannot assist the process of decision making and at the same time, create obstacles in the system as well. For example, in order to involve the channel in the digital platform of outsourcing, it may cost 89 million dollars for one particular channel such as SEO. At the same time, the channel Goggle might cost 112 million dollars.

Current technologies can help the global outsourcing process and offer many advantages to the systems that are using it

The recent trend of outsourcing needs to be differentiated and identified correctly at the same time. In this aspect, progressive web applications, demand for cloud-based technologies, and following the recent trends are the three recent technologies that are involved in global outsourcing technology. Implementation of these particulars can boost the segment of competitive advantages and at the same time, assist the respected organization to explore more effectively in the business market.

In this aspect, progressive web applications can help in developing and rescheduling the structure of the organization system. Apart from that, it can also assist the particular organization to get the most recent information and ideas so that the respected organization can easily achieve its success goal. Cloud-based technologies in this aspect are the most crucial technologies in recent times as they boost the growth of the particular organization (Vogl et al. 2020). Apart from that, it allows the business to expand and at the same time, increase the company’s demands as well.

Hence, it is mandatory for respected organizations to keep their knowledge of the recent trends of technologies so that it can develop the future of the company.

Factors regarding making outsourcing decisions have influenced many organizations

There are majorly ten effective factors that can help in the process of making decisions regarding outsourcing. Amongst them, cost savings, the ability for making the tasks within the given time, developed communication, and trustworthiness are the major factors that can assist while considering strategic alliances for outsourcing (Tubaro et al. 2020). In this aspect, developed communication can help to engage more effective participants in the organization so that they themselves can offer more to the organization. Trustworthiness, in this case, can be the most crucial factor as it can provide good opportunities to the business if the stakeholders and investors along with customers get satisfied.

Managerial Implication (Recommendation)

Throughout the overall research, it has been found that there is a clear need for some recommendations that can help the process to be more specific. In this aspect as opined by Mhlanga (2021), there is the crucial importance of machine learning in all the processes that can develop the future aspect of the organization. It is mandatory for organizations to accommodate the technical upbringings to the organizational systems so that they can easily develop in the business market. Apart from that, it can be recommended that the corporate marketing activities of communication need to be engaged in the organizational system. These factors can help the respected organization to get a strong position in the business market and civil engineering can be a good example to smooth the process in this regard as well (Manzoor et al. 2021). This particular activity of communication can help to explore the business in the market. In addition, corporate marketing activity can also engage many external stakeholders in the business. Boosting the relationship with stakeholders along with providing value to their information and ideas can help the respected organization to get developed properly in the business market (Kshetri, 2021). In this aspect, providing the higher authorities with good yet effective results can help them to think widely and beyond their imagination so that they can easily develop their business quite effectively.

On the other hand, it can also be recommended that respected organizations need to avail artificial intelligence in their business so that they can develop their future business. Apart from that artificial intelligence can bring out many effective opportunities such as digital upbringing and transmissions to the business. These effective factors can help the business to improve its productivity and strengthen the manufacturing units. As mentioned by Ojanperä et al. (2018), artificial intelligence can develop the future of any organization. This modern world of technologies is offering competitive advantages to organizations (Jaiswal et al. 2022). In this aspect, the supply chain network will also be developed through these proper technologies. For example, the organization ASDA has successfully implemented artificial intelligence technologies in their business and they have started to get the most desired outcome in terms of high-profit margin for their business. After the implementation, it has been observed that the respected organization has developed its sales percentage by 3.9%, providing them a profit margin of 128.12 million dollars in the global format. Apart from that, in order to improve the marketing strategy such as advertisement, this AI technology can do a lot. Across the UK, it has been observed that many medium-sized organizations have successfully developed themselves in the business market with effective expansion in business. Along with a strong domestic reach in the business, these organizations have explored more in the global platform as well. Hence, it can be recommended to organizations to develop artificial intelligence for their business so that they can also get their desired results in terms of getting achievement in business.

Additionally, Schulze-Horn et al. (2020), there is a good and effective role of artificial intelligence in purchasing for any organization. According to the authors, AI technologies can develop any organization from the core of the business and at the same time, offer the organization to engage the most recent mechanisms in the organization (Abuselidze and Mamaladze, 2021). Latest technologies and mechanisms can reduce the high time consumed along with developing productivity. For example, the organization Nike after implementing artificial intelligence in their business has developed its purchasing. The statistical report of the organization has mentioned that 25.4% of new customers globally have engaged themselves with the respected organization and provided the organization to achieve more profit rates. Additionally, AI technologies rebuild the designing segment of the company Nike and provide enhanced design. This particular engagement has improved the customer engagement in the organization and at the same time, it has increased the sales report of the organization by 4.9%.

Figure 2: Global AI software development in business

(Source: Statista.com, 2022)

The above figure has been depicting that artificial intelligence has developed the global business market by providing many extraordinary opportunities. The report says that rapid growth in the business has been seen and if this same process goes on then by 2025, the global business market will develop by 126 billion dollars (statista.com, 2022).

It can also be recommended to the outsourcing organizations that they need to avail this particular technology in their business so that they can achieve success goals in their business. As opined by FraiJ and László (2021), artificial intelligence can help the respected organization to get skilled employees in their business so that they can do more in the business market. Apart from that this particular technology can help the human resource management teams to select authentic participants for the business so that the business can stay in a good place.

Hence, it can be said that artificial intelligence can help outsourcing organizations to develop effectively not only in the domestic business market but also in the global business market as well.

Limitations and future research

Most of the recent studies regarding the influence of artificial intelligence in outsourcing organizations have limitations that reflect both the qualitative and quantitative research data. Both these data are crucial as they can help the research to be proposed as an enhanced one to the scholars.
