In this study, the CPM technique has been used for enhancing the construction project and competition of different activities. Theory of production and 5 m’s of production management are clearly defined for an understanding of production management technique and the development of construction projects. The benefits of the CPM method in the construction industry have been clearly defined with the help of an application. The challenges of the CPM method has broadcasted by the scheduling activities and the role of production manager stated effective planning and time management. This study has defined the flexibility and scalability of production management techniques with an effective justification of the CPM method in construction projects.
