However, one thing that can be considered is that Brexit acts as a barrier because certain legal rules have been imposed on the UK for which companies can face problems in trading with other European countries.
High mortality rate because of the high mortality rate there is a large population in the country and as a result of this, the company can establish a company as it will support employment and will reduce the pressure of the government.
Because of using high technologies, Tesla has emerged as a leading brand in the automobile sector and along with it, it has not only gained a competitive advantage but also has become one of the leading producers of the automobile sector.
They have not only focused on using high technologies but also have cleaner fuels that can prevent pollution and also in return prevent climate change.

Tesla has implemented this technique where it works with an advanced technological group of persons. The staff becomes more important when an organization is considered. Staff forms the working culture of any organization. The production of any company mainly depends on the working of the company. Tesla focuses on the company’s staff and provides a suitable environment for them.
Moreover, as they work together, the staff feels encouraged to work under their leader. When the overall staff and structure of the organization works then automatically the company will gain an advantage in establishing branches in other countries. The staff work systematically and gets the job done. Highly talented employees always look for different new concepts for boosting productivity.

With an increase in competitive advantage, Tesla has found that there is a need to change to gain a competitive advantage. Moreover, with the increase in competitive advantage, Tesla has incorporated new technologies that have made them remain ahead in the competitive market.
Also it the demands of customers on various new devices and new technologies have led Tesla to adopt new trends in the market. With an increase in demand of customers, Tesla has taken initiative to take part in the changes that new competition has made. Moreover along with the need for change, Tesla has incorporated different modes of strategies. The company while making up the changes has followed up a few steps.
Recommendations for Tesla
The recommendation that can be regarding the growth of the Tesla Company in other countries is that Tesla needs to work on employee management.
They need to establish proper well-built teamwork so that overall pressure is not on the upper management level and as the work can be distributed among all the employees. Proper engagement of employees needs to be done as it will make employees be a part of a team and take part in decision-making.
