For achieving work life balance, Netflix aids in the development of emotional intelligence which provides guidance in thinking as well as actions.

From the above study, Netflix has been developing efficient stakeholder management practices in terms of efficient team work thereby increasing feedback activities for better performance management practices.

Other than this, workers aid in appreciating the emotions of the colleagues thereby increasing productivity and motivate them accordingly. Netflix on the other hand aids in development of emotional intelligence in terms of improvement of social life and productivity.
