PARKING

COLLIN’S PARKING CAR PARK SYSTEM

Project

The main of this aim this project is to develop the Collin’s Parking Car Park System that can be helpful for the all customers such as ordinary and the fixed customers to provide the better parking facility for the customers (Walden et al., 2015). It is because it will help the customers to overcome the issue of the parking and to provide the better car parking facility.

Vision

The main vision of this project is to develop a parking system to provide the parking facility and to provide the better security for the parking.

Require Resources

In order to complete the vision and the aim of this project, there are different resources that will be required for this project. It is because the resource management is effective for the firm to complete the project and to overcome the any issues in the project.  At the same time, there are different resources such as hardware, software, display, paper, camera, security guard, etc. The reason behind in this is that the use of all resources will be effective for the firm to complete the aim and to develop an effective car parking system for the customers (Stark, 2015).

Stakeholders Map

There is s vital role of the stakeholders in the success of the firm and in this project; there will be two direct and indirect stakeholders for this project. Along with this, the direct stakeholders of this project will be local communities, suppliers, employees, customers, etc. Apart from this, there will be also different indirect stakeholders of the firm for this project and they will be competitors, investors, media, government, etc. So, it can be stated that there will be direct and indirect stakeholders for this project for successful accomplishment of this project.

Broad Feasibility of the project

There is high possibility of the success of the project because there is high availability of the hardware and the software as it increases the successfulness of the project. Because of this, it can be determined that there is full possibility of the project success (Armstrong et al., 2015).

SDLC (System Development life Cycle)

For the successfulness of this project, there will be a major role of the Software Development Life Cycle. The reason in this is that SDLC is a process that makes easy the firms to design and implement the software effectively. In addition, the significant role of SDLC is to develop the high quality software (Wegner et al., 2016). It is because it is useful to complete the all expectation of the customers within cost and the time.

In the SDLC, there are different stages in system development life cycle that are followed by the firm to implement software effectively and to complete the project on time.

Below are the stages of SDLC that are followed in the (system development life cycle) to complete the project as develop the Collin’s Parking Car Park System.

  • Planning
  • Defining
  • Designing
  • Building
  • Testing
  • Development

Stage 1- Planning and Requirement Analysis

It is the initial stage and very effective stage of the SDLC. The reason in this is that in this stage, senior department of the firm play a major role. It is because they identify the all need of the customers and the firms and according this, they make a report that is presented in the front of board department of the firm for getting the approval. In this stage, the all risks, budget, stakeholders, etc are also analyzed by the senior department of the firm. On the behalf of this report, the furtherer report and the stages will be followed by the firm in this project.

Stage 2- Define the all Requirement

In this stage of the SDLC, the all requirement of the project is finalized by the project manager and in this; the senior and the project manager will ask to the customers whether they are free and not free to use the new development system. For this, different types of ways including software requirement specification document that can be effective for the firms as well (Armstrong et al., 2015).

Step 3- Designing the Product Architecture

This is the third stage of the firm of software development life cycle, there are different designs that will be used and selected for the parking system. For this, the director and the project manager of the firm will also approach to the well known architecture that will be hired by the firm. Along with this, a documentation process will also follow and for this, DDS – Design Document Specification will be used. The use of DDS will be to review all stakeholders by using various parameters such as risk assessment, time constraints, design modularity, budget and the design. Apart from this, after successful accomplishment of these all steps, there will be a proper communication with the stakeholders that will be effective for finalizing design to approve (Roh et al., 2016) .

Step- 4 Building or Developing the Product

This is the fourth of the system development life cycle. In this stage of the project, firm will start the project. In this, there will be a major role of the DDS in the coding of program and designing, etc.  There developer of this project will use different tools debuggers, compilers, interpreters, etc because of convenience of the project.  Besides from this, there are different languages like JAVA, PHP, etc that will be used in the successful project accomplishment. But in like manner, the all process and the language will also be checked for reducing the possibilities of incur of any issue and to complete the project on time (Wegner et al., 2016).

Stage 5- Testing the Product

This is the fifth stage of the project and in this stage of the system development life cycle, this project is properly checked by IT team with full of consideration of the all process of development the Collin’s Parking Car Park System. The reason in this is that it will the project manager to reduce the chances of occurrence of any issues in future.  It will also make easy the customers to get the effective car parking system (Roh et al., 2016).

Stage 6: Deployment in the Market and Maintenance

This is the last stage of the system development life cycle, in this model; there will be a final touch of the IT team and developer in order to complete the project. After this, the process of deployment will be followed by the firm or the project manager. The all issues will also be identified by the project manager to provide the effective service and the software for the customers. Along with this, after this, there will be other process like maintenance; customers’ feedbacks, etc will be measured by the firm. Therefore, it can be illustrated that the use of system development life cycle will be effective for the firm in the successful project accomplishment.

Results

From the above conclusion, it can be stated that there will be a effective use of the system development life cycle in the successful project accomplishment of Collin’s Parking Car Park System. At the same time, it can be sated that there will be direct and indirect stakeholders of the firm that will play a major role in the successful accomplishment of the project.
