Supporting children’s successful participation
Answer 1: The inappropriate behaviour of the children is demonstrated, when they are very stubborn and always keeps crying. In addition, when the children’s always wants their parent’s attention and does not involves with other kids then it is treated as inappropriate behaviour. At the same time, when children’s shows positive concern towards the learning activity than it is considered as an effective way to enhance there learning. The behaviour is demonstrated through personal observation and by developing in-depth information about the lifestyles. The inappropriate behaviour can be easily corrected by the parents and teachers by involving them in the fun and sports activities.
Answer 2: The parenting style of western families will helps in developing open thinking among the children’s without any restrictions, whereas the parenting style of traditional family is opposite to the western family. It is because there are more restrictions and less freedom to the children’s for achieving their targets on time.
Answer 3: The childhood experiences influences the values of an individual about the disciple because in initial stage teaches the individual how to achieve the goals in future by considering the ethical framework. In initial stage the children’s learns different things from their parents and it cannot be changes in the upcoming stage of the lifecycle. The technique such as fun activities, role play, etc. was implemented.
Answer 4: The baseline for the behaviour is achieved by evaluating the needs of the customers. It is attain by an individual from family, relatives and surroundings. It is compared with other individuals on the basis of their behaviour parameters.

The caring strategy plays an important role in making the family comfortable while talking about their children in regards of issues and concern which they have about regarding the child and acceptance of professional opinion. There are some important factors which are to be remembered while using the care strategies in building positive partnership relation with the family. The factors involve that everyone should be treated equally and contribute in different segments, listen to each other and make effort for understanding each other point of views. At the same time, care strategy is used for turning the relationship into partnership relation with family by involving towards a share of common goal. By developing a partnership relation with family provide effective benefit to children, family and education & care staff. This partnership relation helps the children in learning different things like learning the importance of people in their life. While studying about care strategies, it is found that this strategy is used for targeting the family and achieving their trust towards their program. In addition, this partnership relation with family provides the benefit to family in terms of opportunity to get connected with the services. Through this service, family play significant role in development of their child in terms of learning and sharing the information with each other. Further, working together as a partner helps the family and care staff to develop trust on each other as well as communicate easily with each other in regards to the information related to their child.
The Standard or element, which aligns to the work practices in association with the National Quality Standards are educational program and practices, children health and safety etc. It is important to focus on the children health and safety parameters, while providing the education and safeguarding their future. In addition, the quality area 6 in collaborative partnership with families and communities focuses on the admission and enrolment, arrangements for the delivery and collection of children’s etc. The admission and enrolment provides requirements in relation with the parents and guardians to complete the terms and conditions from prior to the starting care.
The policy and procedure is required to be considered while sharing information about a child is information sharing policy. Under this policy, practitioner is required to understand the importance of information sharing related to the child performance in the education or care center. The practitioners are responsible to share the information as well as they are obliged to keep all child details confidential. In regards to my work practice, the selected policy and procedure is aligned properly as every staff member is obliges to keep the child information confidential as well as share that information only with their parents at the time of evaluating the child learning and development.
Humanistic theory is underpinned by intentional and active learning approaches under which personal teaching philosophy is used to develop a value and relationship between family and educator. This personal teaching philosophy encourages the people in a positive manner which transform into the high values and relationships.
The Early Years Learning Framework (DEEWR, 2009) guides educator and family in developing a strong relationship on the basis of three concepts i.e., belonging, being and becoming. This Early Years Learning Framework (DEEWR, 2009) is an effective framework which provides the base for planning, contributing & evaluating the children learning and behavior.
The early learning environment helps in upgrading the educational level among the children at their initial stage only. For example, participation of families has been encouraged by providing personal experience in the schools, where children are able to learn and gain experience.
