Positive benefits of behaviour and skills: The natural characteristics which create flexibility, difficulties, Communication and high motivation to develop better personal effectiveness skills are rewarded but challenging for leadership quality (Dubrin, 2022). The leadership result of an organization’s success and growth depends upon its department. International leaders, by being good communicators and also boost employees’ confidence. It can build up morale and work globally and in political and cultural environments to achieve proposed goals.

Another positive quality of a Global leader is her good behaviour toward managing personal effectiveness, which includes speaking well, being courteous and attentive toward every need of an individual. Global business leadership is to manage relationships and have effective Communication and behaviour within the organization. The central concept of this method is to develop and motivate to maintain work and employee satisfaction and to create extensive knowledge. The organization’s reputation is because of good leadership behaviour, which effectively helps across the qualities like language barriers and commanding the audience through a better way of speaking (Caligiuri, 2020). Most popular industries in countries like the United Kingdom represent marketing objectives and identification to obtain results from a broader initiation. To build Communication and trust, global leaders and managing associates must maintain cordial relations. The aim of this goal is based upon managerial skills and leadership qualities, which obtain unique skills and behaviours by reducing the workload to maintain their regular work routine in a positive manageable way to reach the goals.

Case study

Positive Benefits of leadership skills used by Marc Zuckerburg

Marc Zuckerberg, The CEO of Facebook, is the most popular Global Business Leader his invention of Facebook, the most extensively known social network worldwide. The best example and inspiration for all the young generation businessperson to gain success with his personality and Good Communication skills are possessed by him. By implementing an objective and vision, he has contributed to the growth of the global environment by using social media platforms like Facebook for the last ten years (Voronina et. al. 2018). This business leader has an objective and a vision which gives the direct approach to reach the goals by creating a good behaviour environment and communicating with every individual in the department. To conquer trust and justify the relationships between managerial leaders, one should identify the business organization by managing personal skills and creating targeting goals (Cirillo, 2018). To become a Global leader, Communication plays an important place in avoiding conflicts, interacting with other members of the departments and personally managing the problems and relationships between both parties.

Negative Skills and Behaviors of Business leaders

Negative and Disadvantages of behaviour and skills:

The appropriate advance and positive feedback should be followed in the organization. Its development of preventing empathetic behaviour towards employees and customers also is difficult and differentiated (Fayolle, 2018). Pressuring and putting several pushing the members to the extent considerable, a lot of tension and a lot of stubbornness and rigidness makes it highly stressful for the individual.

One should be open to its lower managerial member or any individual’s suggestions, creation and ideas to become a better Global business leader. But mainly, in most cases, the leadership needs to improve a concept that is highly operated by unique views and creative ideas conceptualized through individual suggestions. Many leaders adopt a process that works on daily non-flexible routines to determine the organization’s managerial members. Many members and employees become irritated if they achieve a stand in the area of the organization towards their global business leaders (Katz et. al. 2020). There has to be proper Communication between the organization’s employees and subordinates as it affects a denial of empathy and supporting equations from a global business leader. Leaders like Marc Zuckerberg are flexible, create innovation and develop creativity that will always improvise and achieve success in the market. Communication and positive behaviour towards the managerial employees are essential in global business leadership as appropriate Communication with the administrative members and satisfying customers help the organization’s effectiveness.

Case Study

Business Global leaders like Mark Zuckerberg need to practice organized and sympathetic behaviour toward the management of the community as it elevates the chance of successful procedures in the organization’s development and does not manifest any dispute among them. A popular and democratic leader like Marc Zuckerberg, who focuses on relationships and the emotional content of his community, which generates the differences of every individual, is not followed by everyone.

Task 2: Learning Styles and Their Evaluation

Identification, Limitations and Strengths of an Individual’s Learning Styles:

Learning style marks the student’s process and is the habitual way of processing and absorbing new skills and information (Moran, 2020). Individuals from various areas have different preferences, maturity stages, learning skills, motivation and social responsibility. There are multiple models of theoretical learning skills. The person should always propose the learning style professionally and personally. The Honey and Mumford, learning style questionnaire can be used to manage access (Santalova et. al. 2017). With the process of the above learning style framework, I described and analyzed my honest preference for complexity and diversity in its organic nature. Adding value to its member’s teamwork through functioning without discrimination to learn in the organization (Neck et. al. 2019). These new things make my style more comfortable. Based on theories, I will use a swot analysis to examine if I can achieve the objectives. I support swot analyses to develop my opportunities, challenges, strengths and threats. The Swot analysis tool will also help me reduce my gaps to gain a deeper understanding of achieving my goals.

By being optimistic towards learning from remote areas via online platforms, the constraints are not feeling more supportive towards the capabilities. Developing learning is about every difficult situation, and I am exposed to accepting developing changes. When they are around my position, new situations interchange the challenges faced. By being on the contrary side, I am very compacted and feel constricted in my overthinking as it describes uncertainty towards different subjects, which are consistently unadvisable to my learning. As a result, a lack of empathy is observed due to personality disorder. Miscommunication will always negatively affect leadership without empathy or criticism (Osborne and Hammoud, 2017). One should adopt better communication skills and positive behaviour to manage the coordination between the customers and employees by adopting flexible connections towards the organization’s working hours. When a person cannot maintain a good work-life balance or feels isolated will be less productive in growth.

Challenges faced due to Online Platforms and Remote Working.

As an individual, the major challenge that I face through online platforms and their work procedures is to adapt and integrate the processes of the courses as it doesn’t let me understand, which is why difficulty appears in online learning, which makes me fall out from others. I am a good listener and a quick learner. The main issue comes logically and is done through different steps. I am good at accepting the changes and making them easier till the learning generates its vertical logical attribute toward the organization taken by the observer to create optimism (Safonov et. al. 2021). My biggest weaknesses are towards enhancement of my professional development, which I need to improve on the most. Essential skills to acquire recommendations, I am supposed to observe that effective Communication during online learning is necessary to analyze. Control business data through remote working helps me improve the learning skills I am managing to solve. My constant habit of not being irregular during Communication affects my learning courses. The process of understanding is different due to adjustments in the evaluation of online learning (Stahl et. al. 2017). I should improve and develop my learning skills to compete in a competitive environment to survive. Nowadays everybody prefers learning on various online platforms to be in their comfort space.

Task 3: Analysis of Online Platforms

Two Online Platforms to Improve the Personal Effectiveness

Figure 2: Online Learning Platforms

(Source: Best 8 Online Learning Platforms, 2020)

Over the years, online learning has experienced many ups and downs. The online learning market will be worthre than $300 billion (Mendenhall, 2017). Due to Covid 19 pandemic, the digital platform and the speed in work and education, the business has accelerated; there have been many times when it’s been heard online courses due to the pandemic as everybody is taking up online classes to get the benefits from them and their comfort space. Online learning platforms help students to interact and collaborate with their peers, external communities and their teachers through messages and emails due to online platforms. A student can learn and discuss, chat and debate from this. A digital learning platform and a complete resource of an online library is developed to generate information accessible to everybody (Sari et. al. 2021). It contains tens, archives, multimedia, courses, evolution and reading materials available in this online platform through which they can connect. The online platform helps students self-direct study and learning rather than being in a classroom struggling to ask a question. This self-direction learning significantly affects students as it provides better evaluation than the teacher’s knowledge. Online Platforms which help in Improving Personal Effectiveness: LinkedIn Learning and Coursera.

1: LinkedIn Learning: LinkedIn learning, also known as Lynda.com, is acquired from LinkedIn learning courses. This learning online platform s comprised of three phases of categories first technology, second creative and third is, and business courses, in which they teach and offer courses taught by various experts in respective fields. The main vision of this platform was to develop equal opportunities and personal effectiveness for all the members of the global workforce.

2: Coursera: Coursera is a development and online platform offering professional courses to improve personal effectiveness for corporate employees and two students looking to improve their knowledge in their respective workforce (Korableva et. al. 2019). This online platform has partnered with more than 150 universities. It offers more than 4000 courses, which they provide professional certificates and degree courses as well through their online course ranging from python to digital marketing. Facebook and Google are the big companies which have collaborated with Coursera to Offer certification, and professional courses in the sectors like data, science, UX, design, IT support, data, analyses and digital marketing.

Development of the Online Platform in Learning Style

Based on my learning style, Coursera is worth the expense and is the most cost-effective website in online learning platforms. Coursera as a platform is growing tremendously. The module of this platform gives me a different individual choice of education and large corporations such as master card and Adobe, which can be used in workforce training (Ayoub et. al. 2020). For me to learn any topic online, Coursera seems to be the best platform by being one of the world’s leading education online sites, this platform provides ways to the syllabus through online courses into weekly units, which can involve the learning materials like quizzes, graded peer assignment and video lectures which helps a student and a corporation member immensely all the courses under Coursera are fully accredited by institutions. A trustworthy person issues the certification is provided by this platform. One of the most attractive things that attracted me about this platform that it provides certification, homework, grading, quizzes and college credits to the student or a corporate, which makes spectacular opportunity for me to learn new skills online just by being in the comfort space. The important feature of this platform is python programming which gives the specialization certificate, including the five courses in that (Octavia et. al 2018). Therefore, Coursera provides a free splendid opportunity to many students like me and corporate which need learnings from internationally recognized universities.

Conclusions

By using personal and professional features of successful people’s achievement, Personal Effectiveness creates a big difference in the business of other structures. My overall strengths and weaknesses, along with my leadership traits, were discussed using a SWOT analysis and CEO Genome Project in the above sections. A well-prepared plan was also planned to improvise these stages based on these particular strategies. The two areas also appear interconnected by implementing Honey and Mumford’s Learning style. The above report listed that the major task of personal effects which affect professional growth is an inspiration to become a Global business leader like Marc Zuckerberg. It also plays an integral role in manifesting an individual’s life, making him one of the best leaders. As the technology has increased, the educational institute has also started to teach students from online platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. These platforms offer a variety of communication tools for peers and students to connect with their teachers and instructors.
