The implication of skill regarding to the “good time management” highly required for the efficient business management is to be required. Furthermore, the recognition of the “ability to work under pressure” makes to work in a focused manner by fulfilling all the requirements. “Strong problem-solving skills”, as to the past accomplishments might be completing a difficult project at work on time and under budget. This refers to achieving “organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure” (Al-Baldawi et al. 2021, pg.05). It is also important to manage the working process at the same time to handle the team will be resolved through implementing time management skills. For example, it is notable that organizational skills and attention to detail were key factors in several of your past accomplishments. One may also enjoy working on projects that require careful planning and attention to detail based on the strength of professional skills.

Weaknesses

3.1 Skills required to be an effective team worker

So, there are some skills that every team member needs to incorporate within themselves to perform efficiently in groups (Soboleva and Karavaev, 2020, p 11). Some of the skills are:

Communication: Proper communication forms the base for effective teamwork. Two-way communication is essential to make communication effective. The conversation is important at the workplace to share views and information among the team members. Open and honest communication is required to gain and develop trust among teammates. As a result, the productivity of the team enhances.

Time Management: The concept of time management is inevitable in the workplace. Being accountable and responsible to finish the work on time should be reflected in the team members. It is the responsibility of the team leader to keep track of the performance of their team members so that they meet their responsibilities within the prescribed deadlines.

Problem-solving: The team member should not merely be a puppet who acts according to the statement of its master. They should have problem-solving capacity and act out of the box in some emergency situations. Listening: For effective leadership, communication, and listening are equally significant. Collaboration: Collaborative teamwork is quite challenging because of the different perceptions, attitudes, values, and cultures of the teammates. Several situations arise in the workplace where individuals need to enhance their reacquired skills according to the situational requirement. Thus, teamwork skills need to be improved and upgraded to enhance one’s own efficiency as well as organizational efficiency.

  • Leadership: The leader should be aware of the goals he needs to achieve and communicate them clearly to his team members.   • Professional ethics: In order to make the teammates ethically sound related to professionalism, they should be practiced maintaining punctuality, self-discipline, completing work within the given deadline, remaining calm and balanced even in adverse situations, and so on.

Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that well-developed professional skill is an essential requirement of a workplace. It also needs to be developed as per the situational requirement of demand. There are certain skills that need to be developed by the leader for providing effective leadership. Management should also develop certain skills to efficiently manage the conduct of the organization. The team members need to scrutinize and upgrade their skills to remain aligned with the organizational requirement.
