As per the view of Hegger, Driessen & Bakker (2018), the ethical transaction of managers and due to irregularity in payments can affect the economic resources of this project. Lack of understanding between employees and managers can create business issues that impact the financial status of this project. | High | 2 | Financial Manager | The financial management needs to recheck the regularity in payments and optimize the transaction history of the managers and employees to mitigate economic risk according to Saeidi et al (2019). |

Due to less communication and understanding implements demotivation from the project managers to their employees. As argued by Hegger et al (2018), Demotivated employees cannot be able to complete their work and responsibility correctly, which introduces issues with clients in hospitality servicing. | Medium | 1 | Project Head | Proper employment within the workplace and awareness regarding their responsibilities can indicate management responses to them that can reduce the risk of employees’ insecurity. As suggested by Blanco-Mesa et al (2019), it is not a huge issue so that motivations can help employees to enhance tiger working initiations and engagement. Enhancement in working engagement and interest can mitigate the poor servicing risk and help them to make their clients feel secure and valuable. |
Risk of Human resource management | Lack of job awareness and training hamper the improvement of employees’ working skills that impact human resource management activities. As argued by Saeidi et al (2019), human resource risk can be increased due to poor employee selection and training of employees in management and technological fields. This risk can affect their strategic progress and increase the operating span of this project. | Low | 0 | Project HR Manager | This risk can be reduced by selecting qualified and skilled employees within the workplace through human resource managers. As suggested by Saeidi et al (2019), HR managers need to orient educational and training programs after selecting the employees that will develop their technical and managing skills in their fields. Communication skills and peer reviews can be helpful to a bond strong bonding and manage their working efficiency to mitigate this risk. |

2.4 Theme 4: People management
2.4.1 Conflict areas of the Project
Conflict areas of this project related to stakeholders such as product suppliers, employees, and managers of this Yang Sing Hotel. This Yang Sing Hotel had a well-being reputation in the Manchester areas among their customers regarding hotel rooms and managing services. Despite having a good reputation and image, Yang Sing Hotel closed its service after eight months of the opening date. Business experts claimed that due to a lack of economic sources Yang Sing Hotel had closed its hospitality services. According to (manchestereveningnews.co.uk, 2009), poor strategic planning, communication problems, and marketing issues had created crucial managing problems in the Yang Sing Hotel that was the reason for closing. As per the view of the business experts of the Hospitality Industry, the poor decision-making regarding rebounding several employees had created conflicts among hotel employees with their customers. - Accommodating: The strategy of Accommodating can allow the project management of Yang Sing Hotel to prevent conflict areas by including few steps to achieve opponents’ expectations. As per the view of Cosby, Chang & Feschotte (2019), the people management can demand their expensive requirements from their opponent party or sponsors of this project to restore the harmony.
- Avoiding: Avoiding Strategy can offer the people management to sidestep or ignore the conflict areas to exceed the confrontations when staff determines issues and uncomfortable environments within the workplace. As opined by Song et al (2021), people management can be helpful to resolve conflicts by avoiding the less interested peoples in this project.
- Compromising: The people management can approach this compromising strategy to partly resolve the conflicts but conflicts can return as this strategy does not reduce entire conflicts. This strategy allows the partial and assistive participants of the project to give up their mission as they can create conflict in the project direction. As opined by Van Eeden et al (2018), a compromising strategy can be helpful to represent the project’s faith and outcomes to make the opposing party and people management happy.
- Collaborating: Both assertive and cooperative participants of the people management can find out an overall solution to mitigate conflicts through this collaboration strategy. As argued by Labrague & McEnroe–Petitte (2017), cooperativeness of the people management helps the project management to achieve client’s expectations and assertiveness helps to meet individual satisfaction. The co-creating resolution scope of people management can support and enhance their strategic power to mitigate conflict.
- Competing: Competing strategy can help the people management to achieve individual satisfaction of their own that desires to meet their expectations. People management can act according to their assertiveness to resolve the conflict areas after approaching this strategy. As per the view of Song et al (2021), the project management of this project can get potential information for setting up their service and hotel room by using a competitive strategy.
