The main aim of the business proposal will be “an exploration of teachers’ talk in an English language lesson for primary children and its implications for curriculum innovations”. Aim plays an important role in the development of the work as it will help in understanding the impact of English language usage in the daily activities of primary school children. Language plays an important role in improving a child’s vocabulary. It has been found that most people make use of the English language to interact. Even though proper information of the theory was taken into consideration it can be said that there are certain types of limitations on the work that could have helped in the improvement of data collection (Al Muheisen et al. 2020). The questionnaire was also compared on online forums which provided limited space to arrange all the information. The work process was also long as it was quite difficult to target the right type of siding and reach teaching in a non-English speaking environment. Some teachers are not supportive enough to participate in the work which reduces the possibility of improving the quality of work. 8.0 Research Ethics
For the better formation and development of the work, it is very important to make use of proper ethical gestures that help in honest and trustworthy information arrangement. It is also important for us not to ask for too much personal information in the interviews or questionnaires. It is important to maintain a respective approach that does not initiate and feeling of disrespect between the participants. It is important to ask for the consent of the participant before initiating any type of question. Having effective communication also helps in improving the flow of information with proper transparency of the situation. If the participant feels uncomfortable in certain situations or is not in favor of answering a certain question the participant should be given all the rights either to answer the question or withdraw from the activity (Baker-Bell, 2020). If any participant feels violated due to the presence of certain information it is the work of the researcher to remove the information and certainly prevent any kind of harm done to the participant. The data has to be stored in a better personal way and the consent of the participant has to be needed to understand the information they want to disclose or not. This will help in building an honest and trustworthy atmosphere between the participant and the researcher.
9.0 Research Analysis Techniques
The research has been done through primary methods as per the realistic situations taking place in the teaching world. The information that has been accumulated through different sources will be analyzed as per the need of the proposal. The research proposal analysis will be done through the usage of different methods taken in the work. The usage of different analysis techniques will help in improving the collection and distribution of information in the work are provided by BERA (Chen and Wang, 2019). It will be easier to arrange information and also engage with participants in a much better way. It is very important to form the proper questions for the work that the participant will have to answer. Analysis of the information helped in understanding that different teachers have various approaches to improve their communication skills with the students.
Similarly, the teachers also have to different approaches as per the understanding of the student. The understanding skills of the primary students are much faster than the secondary students. It has been found through the analysis so far that most primary students make use of the learned English lessons by making use of proper ethical gestures and words on regular days of the curriculum while the secondary students find it difficult to do so (Xoshimova,2020). Major barriers faced by the teachers as per the TEFL ate the lack of motivation between the pupil, misunderstanding taking place due to cultural differences, forgetting the lessons that are taught, different words yet sounds are the same raise confusion and pronunciation difficulties. Understanding the basic issues and the misunderstanding regarding the theory has been taken to improve the quality of the work and find proper information in future work.
