This company provides many services to their customers like flour milling, food materials, frozen food, ready-made food etc. Flour milling is the main business of this company and the flour quality is very good for the customer’ shealth (Metal, et al. 2018.). This company always uses professional food ingredients and premixes for their customers. They serve cooked cuisine without compromising with the taste and they provide ready-made food with good quality and taste. They also build safe and good quality products for their domestic business with the help of advanced technology.

Integration is a key factor for every company. In a company’s growth, it is a very important part. It allows any company to contact with their processes, techniques and with the employees. In Nippn Company they try to provide proper customer services for their customers not only in the domestic region but also for the foreign customers. They emphasize the integrated thoughts in the company but it’s not 100 % true because it is not possible for any company to promote or encourage all the integrated ideas. In this company they try to combine all types of future orientations, new strategies, and creative ideas etching any company their capacity is a very important factor and in Nippn the capacity is almost 100 % in the domestic region but for overseas business, they are not providing 100 % of their services to their customers (Khan, et al. 2018). The most important part for any company is quality and in this particular company they try to provide healthy products to their customers but it’s not maintained at all times because of the ingredients which they choose for their services like great quality rice flour, corns and seasonings and others (Barley, et al. 2018). They adopt many activities means their all type of performances like new technology adaptations, new method applies to their services and new strategies included in their management system for the growth of the company but all their employees are not happy with the management system for that this company is not getting the expected outcomes from their employees. Here inter-professional relation is an issue because, in this company, they don’t behave decently with their employees and sometimes the staff also does not behave properly with the customers. Also, the inter-professional skill needs some changes in this particular company.
Conclusion
Integration for any company depends on some specific factors like new technologies, new business strategies and collaboration with the IT department. All the company tries to follow their goal with the help of their integration level. In Nippn Company, they try to fulfill their goals with the help of their integration level.
