Introduction
Different stakeholders in the company have their direct or indirect influence over the operations of the business that makes them develop an effective relationship with each other. It also makes them have great integration of resources that are to be used in the organization so that operations of the company could be managed effectively. The report will have its focus on Kakira Sugar works and its operations which are influenced by different units with their functions in the company.
Critical evaluation
Different functions are carried out in the organization that affects the operations as it ensures that the output of the company could have been effective for the customers. Kakira sugar has its focus on manufacturing that helps in conducting the operations in Uganda. It ensures that the quality of its products is maintained in the organization and it could provide satisfaction to its customers. Kakira Sugar works have its vision is to provide the best quality or quality-oriented sugar to its partners which can add value to the company (Ide.go.jp., 2022). Healthy relations are created in the business with GM Sugar Uganda Limited as it makes them face huge competition in the market. This makes the business develop and provide quality products to the customers so that a higher level of satisfaction could take place.
Kakira Sugar works to keep their customers as their priority as they are the major source for having high profits in the company. It enables the customers to higher quality products and services so that it could have its engagement in the competitive market. The company has its production at both the scales which is small scale or large scale with the ability to have the right production of products in the market. The company manages its turnover of approximately $100 million while having to share in the market for around 60%. It is meant for leading and grabbing its position in the competitive market while growing in the right direction. The continual maintenance of the company has great relationships with the business units in the market. Kakira Sugar Works” and “GM Sugar Uganda Limited” share mutual benefits in the companies that have been the key driver of the success of the company (Martiniello, 2021). This made the organization have different business opportunities and made it enter into a joint venture while adding high value to it. The profitability of the company has taken place with operational management while encouraging the customers for being attracted to the company and its products. It makes the organization have higher productivity with the management of resources and maintaining high quality while having effective delivery options. Moreover, it also helps in maintaining healthy employee relations with the employees so that the right level of production could take place. The management of employees leads to higher satisfaction provided to them. It makes them give their best in the company while growing effectively and meeting organizational goals (Ansah et al., 2018). Kakira Sugar Works have healthy relationships so that it could lead in a sustained manner and have their operations to be conducted at the right level. Thus, the business units have a great influence or impact on the operations of the company in a positive manner.
Conclusion
From the above analysis, it has been conducted “Kakira Sugar Works” have effective relations with the business that ensures that the operations of the company are managed deliberately. This makes them to have their business units to work in a deliberate and desired way while having right productivity in it.
