(2017). Business relationships could also be described as a procedure where enterprises establish powerful and substantial socio-economic, services and technical bonds to reduce costs and scale up value towards obtaining mutual benefits, stated by Dimkow, (2018). Customer relationship is becoming an essential part of business, especially for the organizations performing business-to-business marketing and business to customer marketing. Especially for maintaining customer relationships, which is necessary due to the intrinsic abstract and diverse characteristics connected with the delivery of the service, opined by Singh, (2017). Therefore, establishing a B2B approach to maintain a healthy relationship with the customer could eventually increase customer retention rate and customer satisfaction, thereby increasing net sales and recognition of the company.
