Self-assessment

Project Selection and Portfolio Management In my opinion, I completed the first task of project selection and portfolio management with utmost consideration to all the learning objectives. I clearly explained the approach of project Selection which must be implemented by the Hilti corporation. Moreover, I also offer recommendations to the company for effective management of its project portfolio. Therefore, I must be assigned with distinction marks in this task.
The Organisational Context I undertook the task of organisational context and guarantee the fulfilment of it objective. I applied the TOWS Metrix. I also recommended the functional organisation rational structure to the guilty group. Therefore, I deserve passing marks for this task.
Project Governance The task of project governance included the recommendation of the best suitable project governance framework to the Hilti corporation. I fulfilled all the objectives of this task, therefore, in my opinion I must pass with good marks in this task.
Leadership In the task of leadership, I evaluated and explain the role of a project leader associated with a digital transformation project initiated by the Hilti corporation.
