As GREEN LIGHT LED is one of the leasing in the LED market due to providing the different LED products for the customers. In addition, there are different sources that will be required for the firm to successful manage the business in the

Nigerian market. In this, firm will have needed the highly skilled staff in order to manage the business in the new market and overcome the possibilities of arising different issues and the challenges that can affect the business of the firm. So, in this concern, it can be determined that firm already have skilled employees that will help the firm to effectively manage the business of GREEN LIGHT LED in Nigerian market (Jang et al., 2010).

At the same time, in Nigeria, there will be the need for the firm to have the different access and the account on different social media sites. It is because social media is one of the fast growing network and millions of user use the social networking sites at regular basis.

Because of this it is ionic of the major resources of the firm to get success in the market and to effectively promote the products in the new market effectively. So, in the concern of GREEN LIGHT LED, firm also operates the different social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc in order to target the customers and to promote itself in the market.

In Nigeria, the social media resources of the firm will be helpful for the firm to target the maximum customers in limited time and in a quite effective manner (Detchprohm et al., 2010). It will also help the firm to successful operate the business sin Nigerian market and to overtone the issue related to marketing and the promotion.
