ADVANCED WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
The main aim of this research study is to determine the different ways of the wireless technology such as radio, Satellite Communciaiton, Wi-Fi Communication, Mobile Communication Systems. This research study is also aimed to find out the advance wireless communication for establishing a good communication. In this, a critical discussion is developed on the advance wireless communication for establishing a good communication. From the discussion, it is found that there are different wireless communication technologies such as satellite, wireless networking, Wi-Fi, etc that are used for the effective wireless communication. At the same time, it is also found that the current environment is very completive that is why people need to rapid communication. In this, the wireless communication technology allows make fast and better commendation. At the same time, the primary research finding determines that in the current time, a rapid use of the wireless communication is seen. There is also a vital role of advance wireless communication mobile communication. Furthermore, it is also found that there are different issues that are also faced by the firms in the use of advance wireless communication in the context of the scam, high energy consumption. At the same time, it is also found that wireless technologies provide various advantages in the context of low installation, rapid deployment, mobility, low cost, etc.
Nowadays, in the success of the firm and the individuals, there is a vital role of the technology development. It is because the development of the technology makes easy the firms and the individuals as well to handle all operations and strategies. Because of this, technology advancement is considered as a crucial factor in the success of the firm. In the meanwhile, technology a.lso makes easy the communication process because there are different devices that are available in the market and through this it is easy for the firms and the individuals to have an effective communication and to perform well. In like manner, there are different wireless communication technologies such as satellite, wireless networking, Wi-Fi, etc that are used for the effective wireless communication.
In addition, due to increasing use of the internet and the wireless communication devices, there are different changes that are also done in the wireless communication to make it more advances. The advance wireless communication will be helpful for the firms and the individuals for handle the work and operations in less time and the cost. So, this research will explore the advantage of using the advance wireless communication. This research will also explore the ways that can be used in the wireless communication. Some issues and the challenges will also be identifies in this research that can be occurred in the use of advance wireless communication.
Originality of this research approach
Due to increasing use of the internet and the use of advance wireless communication, this research topic is quite useful. It will explore the different ways of the advance wireless communication for establishing a good communication.
From the research of Amraoui et al., (2012), it can be determined that there is an increasing demand of the advance wireless communication but it also create the spectrum challenge. So, in this concern, the author states that the use of cognitive radio (CR) is quite better for better assessment of the spectrum. It is very helpful technology of the wireless communication that are used to detect that which communication channels are in use and which are not. At the same time, they further stated that Multi Agent Systems is also an effect way that is used to overcome the issue of spectrum allocation for better management of the wireless communication. In the research of Amraoui et al., (2012), secondary data is used by the researcher and MAS in the CR are studied.

Apart from this, from the research of Phogat et al., (2014), it is illustrated that due to increasing level of the competition and the quick need of the communication, wireless communications is quite needed. It helps to convey the information in lees time and in an effective manner. At the same time, in this article, it is also stated that there are different models of the wireless communication such as radio communication, microwave communication, Wi-Fi technology, etc that make easy the process of communication. In like manner, from the research of Phogat et al., (2014), it is also determined that there are different applications of wireless technologies including mobile telephones, wireless data communications, wireless medical technologies, computer interface designs, etc that assist to develop a good communication platform. This article of Phogat et al., (2014) also define the different advantage and the disadvantage of advance wireless communication that make clear the understanding of the using the advance wireless communication. This articles used the secondary research and the in this, detail information about the use of advance wireless communication are provided.

This research is quite helpful to get the information about the wireless communication and device and device communication.

There are different articles that are discussed but at the same time, in these all articles, there are different limitations and in this, use of secondary data is one of the major limitations. It is because in most of the articles, secondary source of the data collection is used by the researcher that is not quite appropriate for this researcher to get the clear and detail understanding about the use of advance wireless communication.
The main aim of this research is to identify the importance of advance wireless communication. Along with this, this research also explores the issues and the challenges that are faced by the firms and the individuals at the time of using the advance wireless communication.
The data collection is very important for a research to provide different kind of information which are necessary for effectively conduct the research. Basically, there are two types of data collection methods that can be used by a researcher to collect the data, which are primary and secondary data collection methods (Weigold et al., 2013). In the primary data collection method, the data are collected first time by the use of different ways such as survey, observation, experiments, etc. On the other hand, in the secondary data collection method, all the data are collected from other sources, for example- Past findings, Websites, Newspaper, articles, magazines, etc. Both the data collection methods are used to collect appropriate information about the research topic.
In this study, the researcher has used primary data collection method to collect research data effectively. For this, the researcher has use survey through questionnaire method for primary data collection (Palinkas et al., 2015). It is because the researcher needs to collect fresh data from the participants to analyze the use of advanced wireless communication. In this survey, the researcher has selected the employees of 30 different companies who provide advanced types of equipment for wireless communication. With the use of this survey, the researcher has identified the views, opinions, and suggestions of the different employees about the different advance technical wireless types of equipment. The participants will provide in-deep understanding about the research topic to collect different kinds of information by the questionnaire. The collection of data with the primary data collection method is cost effective for the researcher because the respondent can provide their feedback through answering the questions only.
The survey is a very important tool to collect the information of a large number of people in short time period by the use of social media survey, email survey, mobile survey, and telephonic survey (Zikmund et al., 2013). The survey method is an appropriate way to provide accurate and liable information about the research topic. It is because the survey provides the question to the audience where they can provide answer according to the personal thoughts. Additionally, the researcher has the different way to conduct the survey to get accountable information about the research topic. According to the current scenario, the online survey method is the most popular method for gathering the research data. It is because it is less costly and less time to consume for the researcher.
This study focuses on 40 managers of the different firms that provide the advance wireless communication tools for the firms and the individuals as well. In this, different variables including the benefits of wireless communications are evaluated by collecting this data.
The analysis of the data is an essential part of the research to evaluate the collected information from the different sources. The data analysis is a process, in which collected data are evaluated by the use analytical and logical reasoning (Miles et al., 2013). The data analysis is very helpful for a researcher to provide a proper structure to the collected data and analysis the problem by dividing the data into different parts. It also converts the big data in small format by providing effective structure. It also provides the proper conclusion to the data that are collected from different sources. The data analysis process can be done by the use of different methods in order to achieve the research objective in an effective manner like factor analysis, content analysis, statistical analysis, conversational analysis, and cluster analysis (Johnston, 2017). Use of data analysis method is based on the requirement of the study and issues of the research.
On the basis of this study, the cluster analysis is an appropriate method for analyzing the data by the researcher. In this analysis, the objectives of the research are classified into the different group and evaluated that how a group is similar or different with others. It is an exploratory analysis that is helpful for the researcher to provide structure to the data. At the same time, With the use of this statistical method, it can be analyzed that the advanced wireless communication system is used for the current business organizations or not (Fram, 2013). This method is helpful to provide the proper presentation of the collected data and also helps the research to define issues and problems in order to achieve objectives. At the same time, the quantitative data are presented in the table and graph by the use of MS-Excel software.

From the above analysis, it can be interpreted that there in the business environment, the use wireless technology is increasing rapidly. It is because 65% participants out of the 40 participates provided their views in the positive manner. On the other hand, 35% participants are not agreed with this statement. They believe that the use of wireless communication is not increasing. But, on the basis of the majority, it can be determined that wireless communication technology has developed at the great extent. The use of wireless technology can be seen at the each field. The above interpretation can be supportive by the views of Phogat et al., (2014) determined that the current market is very completive. Due to this, people need the quick communication. Therefore, the wireless technology enables the people and organisation to communication in minimum time. This thing is leading the rapid use of the communication.
Furthermore, it is determined that concept of the advance wireless communication plays the significant role in mobile communication tools. In the regard of this, it is found that 30 participants were agreed and strongly agreed out of the 40 participants. These participants believe that in the growth of the mobile phone, there is a significant role of the wireless communication technology. In the supportive of this, the literature finding of Yuan et al. (2010) represents that the mobile phone technology has improved at the unexpected level. It was not possible without the growth wireless technology. The mobile phone technology is fully based on the wireless technology. With the help of the wireless technology, the users can transfer the significant information from mobile phone one place to another place.
At the same time, it is also found that a firm faces the different kind of issues when it uses the advance wireless communication system or technology. It is because in the survey, it is found that 18 participants were strongly agreed and 8 participants were agreed that are different issues that are also faced by the firms in the use of advance wireless communication. The above interpretation can be supported by the findings of Kim et al., (2013) where, it is determined that a firm has to face the different kinds of the operation issues when it focuses on the wireless communication technology. In this, technology and error in the process are main issues that have to face by the firms. Moreover, in the research survey, it is found that the wireless communication leads to the different issues in the context of like scam, high energy consumption. The survey results shows that 27 participants are agreed and strongly agreed that their views represents that that the use of the wireless communication leads to the different issues in the spectrum like scam, high energy consumption, etc. It means that the use of the wireless communication by the companies leads to the various kind of challenges that are known as the scam, high energy consumption, etc.
The views of Lei et al., (2012) support the above interpretation. In this, is found that although the use of advance wireless communication is quite effective for the firms and the individuals also but it also makes the cause of different issues in the spectrum like scam, high energy consumption, etc. In this, it is also found that the rapidly increasing the needs of the wireless communication technology also become the case of 15G wireless technology that is really is a great example of the innovation and development.
In the survey, the researcher also asked by the participants that how much you are agreed that wireless technologies provides various advantages in the context of low installation, rapid deployment, mobility, cost, etc. In the reference of this, different participants provided the different views. In this, 26 participants out of the 40 participants were provided positive response as the wireless technologies provides various advantages in the context of low installation, rapid deployment, mobility, cost, etc. They participants understand that people and companies that use the wireless technology get the benefit of various aspects such as low installation, rapid deployment, mobility, cost, etc. This finding of the survey can be supported by the views of Parikh et al., (2010) that posited in their research that there is also high demand of the wireless communication technologies and in different areas like wide area, metropolitan area, local area, and personal area networks. This research paper also describes that there are various advantages of the wireless technologies like low installation, rapid deployment, mobility, cost, etc.
Along with this, in the survey, it is also asked by the participants that do you think that advance wireless system is helpful for the education system and other areas. In the reference of this question, it is also determined that 24 participants out of the 40 participants were replied that advance wireless system is helpful for the education system and other areas. In support of this, Kim et al., (2013) determined that the use of advance wireless system is not only for the firms but it is also helpful for the students as well other areas. Because of this, due to increasing level of education standard, there is a need of the advance wireless communication.
V Conclusion
From the above dissuasion, it can be concluded that the warless technology is rapidly increasing in the current business environment. In this, most of the participant beliefs that the use of wireless communication is increased with higher level at each field. On the other hand, it can also be concluded that the current technological market need quick work in the communication system. For this, the wireless communication provides best communication system to communicate with the people in less time period. It can also be concluded that the wireless communication is very necessary in the mobile communication system. For this, the majority of participants beliefs that mobile phone played a significant role to increase the wireless communication technology in the current scenario. So, it is identified that the wireless communication increased with unexpected level by the use of mobile phone communication. Thus, all the information can be transferred by the people with the use of mobile phones.
At the same time, it can also be concluded that the business organisations face different kind of issues during the use of advanced wireless communication system. The firms can find different kind of errors and issues like network problem, scam, energy consumption, etc. So, it can be said that the wireless communication technology is quite effective but also includes some limitations which are negative for a business organisation. Additionally, it can also be concluded that the organisations are using advance wireless communication is getting the competitive advantage due to low installation, mobility, cost effectiveness, etc. But, in this competitive market, most of the organisations are using wireless communication system to satisfy the organisational people and take the advantage of it. Furthermore, this study also concludes that the advance wireless system is very useful for other areas like improvement in the education system, etc. It is concluded that the advance wireless system is highly helpful for current education system as well as other areas. The level of education is increased by the use of this advanced wireless communication system and the standard of education is also improved by the use of it.
From the above discussion, it can also be suggested that the firm should provide training to the employee so that they can easily adopt advanced technological communication system. The organisation should focus on the training to improve the skills of the employees and they should be able to use wireless communication technology. Additionally, it is also recommended to a firm that it should use appropriate methods to provide training. The low quality training consumes the time and cost of the organisation and also consumes the time of employees. So, an organisation should focus on the good quality training program to improve the effectiveness to reduce the organisational risk and cost. In addition to this, it is also recommended that the organisation should use high quality in the wireless system to reduce the risk of error and problems. The high quality in the wireless system also helps the organisation to remove the problem of sudden get stuck.
